I see she was formally charged Jan 25 so it hasn't gone away can't see when it goes to trial but we will soon see when she 'decamps' to her Spanish home under whatever pretence she fabricates.

She has made a big thing (on FB) as finally taking on her married name after 11 years, trying i should imagine to throw people off the scent of her old double barrelled name. I hope you get your comeuppance lady!

ah it's a tricky one. First name, contains 7 letters, the first 3 letters are something you do with money if you go to a horse race, you xxx on a horse. The other 4 letters are the first name of a lady who was Simply the Best! and sang about Nutbush City Limits.

Second name, is just too tricky for me, if you type in the first name in google followed by Forever Lying it should bring spagbol up. She's moved from FL to the travel MLM even though when she was with FL she "earn't " thousands, residual, willable income all the free travel etc so now someone has called her out rightly so crapping in her carbonara :)

If she's out on bail and not remanded into prison, and it's a Crown Court case, then trial is likely to be 2027 at the earliest, unless she pleads guilty.

Isn’t it in Spain?

The Trial will be held in Spain, they were charged in Majorca. Her, her brother and 5 others. £9.5M is the estimated amount they scammed between 2016 - 2017, nearly 10 years ago so they've had a great amount of time to build a strong case I hope.

Here is an excerpt from her facebook rant, she is a right piece of work and I hope her and her cronies get what they deserve " 'Even if [the allegation] was real, collecting some data and stuff, it's not like I'm a paedophile or a murderer or something. It's all complete drivel.'
'I've got nothing to hide. I was arrested, I went to prison for three nights. The court case is still going on. So what? Who cares?'

I bet she cares - she was clearly central to the whole thing. There is no way she will be able to position herself as the innocent party unknowingly passing on details to the real crooks. They’ve only got to look at her NWM career to understand her level of naivety and I’m sure her current activities are of interest. I hope they throw the book at her and that the slowness of the process is a good sign. In the meantime she has done a live with EW and I suppose associating with a bigger crook might overshadow her dishonesty for a short while. There is quite a lot of rumour around the whole tribe’s Kray style management of their enemies and critics both in the UK and Majorca.

I hope the tentacles of the process reach out far enough to highlight some of her current associates. Perhaps even damaging that weaselly little fucker and his Poundland Jessica Rabbit. Of course, he’s not a talented enough crook for anyone to bother with as he only damages the people who have no way of fighting back, but I live in hope. He needs to be locked up for the bare chest and cigar photo at least.

Every time Yawn posts reviews on her stories she drops a clanger with the use of certain phrases. “Nooks & crannies” 😂 so obvious she is posting fake reviews, well to us, her unsuspecting victims will probably not have seen the pattern, yet.

Castle is so full of crap. Looking at her husband's property business accounts they have a 225k bank loan and a 135k mortgage within that business already. I think they have been spending that to prop up the dream. The equity in the company is in minus figures. They are heavily leveraged.

I bring some very telling news: The Boring Names’ house went on the market on 15 October with what looks like vacant possession (repossessed?). It’s the most expensive property in that Cheshire town on Rightmove. Things must have gone tits up in a spectacular way.

@ticktock19 I knew which house belonged to them so I’ve been watching Rightmove since they were “hacked” and disappeared. It looks like they might have overstretched themselves while working in a fading “industry”. It’s vacant (and the photos are new) so it doesn’t look like a choice to move.
