Watching “Homes under the hammer” can’t believe how different Mr Castle looks in real life. They learnt everything you need to know in seven days off the internet😂.

Then ignored everything they learned and bought a property without viewing first.

Ah, I was watching it, didn’t catch the name or twig, but I immediately thought “MLM hun”.

Which episode of HUTH is it? Is it the latest one I can see on iPlayer which is 5.2.26. I scrolled through it and didn’t see the Castles.

So, as per expected Daddy Castle did all the work for free while Mr Yawn does the school run. Which obviously takes all day. It has been done on a real budget. A few structural surprises, the result of not having a good look first have eaten the budget intended to make it look fab. So it looks like any other bog standard let. Probably why Mrs Castle wasn’t available for the reveal. I wonder how much the parents subbed them.

I’ve never really watched HUTH but it gives me depressing cheap conversion/corner cutting landlords vibes and the Castle’s conversion is no different. £900 a month 😳. Grey walls, grey carpet, grey everything. You can picture the scene, man of retirement age slogging his guts out and paying for the privilege while Mr Castle falls through the floor due to a rotten floor in the house he and Castle bought on a whim site unseen. As usual they are protected from their own impulsiveness and stupidity by her parents’ picking up the tab and putting in the work to rescue the situation. @Crwysmam Castle won’t have lifted a finger.

I don’t really care about their dreary rental property but I do wish that Castle and Bruv’s followers realised that everything they do is as a result of being bankrolled and babied not as a result of coaching, colouring in, entrepreneurship or hard work. It’s concerning that anyone might be handing over money believing that Castle has made a success as an entrepreneur and can show them the way. It’s deceptive.

If you thought Castle’s grey rooms were boring then I present to you the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and more recently updated unfair commercial practices definitions.

It seems to broaden the definition of “trader” and widen the sins of both commission and omission compared to the previous 2008 version, no doubt to capture all sorts of online traders who weren’t really around until recently, such as coaches, as well as the usual suspects. It appears to my untrained eye to put more emphasis upon on a commercial entity being responsible for unfair trading done on their behalf as well as by them. I could help thinking of the way Arsehole House conducts itself and invites its FBOs to follow suit.

I take it back, the above Consumer Act is not the second most boring thing on the planet after Castle’s drab grey conversion. It’s the third most boring thing on the planet after Castle’s drab grey roomed conversion and Nurse’s fridge based influencing. I’m going to have to go and watch some clips of Headband being zany to try and reignite my pulse. A bit of rage should do it. I can admire her Aliexpress suitcase while I’m there.

What baffles me most about Headband is that she doesn't appear on any of the leader boards, doesn't rock up to the trainings, but she's still flogging on.

Goodness knows how she got a suitcase - probably bought it off ebay.

@YouOKHun haven’t seen it yet - does she have a ‘live, laugh, love’ sign in the living room?? Every grey conversion I’ve seen has it as mandatory
