That privacy policy is aimed at users in the USA not the UK, does anyone know if there are legal ramifications doing this? USA and UK laws are very different, also there is another "Lucky Girl Academy" in the USA doing exactly the same shite, Yawn had better hope that the American woman hasn't trademarked LGA, otherwise Yawn will find herself in hot water.
