I have to agree about the photos, outfit colours were really not a great choice for those backgrounds!
It's like she did no research on the location and wore the blandest outfit she owns!
She apparently loves them so I guess that's the main thing, not what the "haterz" think! 😂😂

deviantfeline · 20/09/2024 20:08

@YouOKHun I've just looked at their company accounts. I'm no accountant but Shock

YouOKHun · 20/09/2024 20:17

@deviantfeline Boring Name bot's accounts? From memory there are two companies and I think there is a big mortgage or something for the premises used for the high street recruitment centre (£800k or so)? Only he is a director so presumable Mrs BN is director of another unidentified company. He's an accountant so I'm sure he's done something I don't understand!

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 21/09/2024 00:02

Annnnnnd there we have it. £22 a month to access a FB group that has one masterclass a month, Q&A presumably when she can be bothered, and 'access' to 1-2-1 coaching aka if you want that it'll cost more.

Spongebobette · 21/09/2024 05:45

Goodness me I wonder who will want to pay that

I wonder if she’s hoping that some of the bots she came across at the global rally -who recognised her and treated her like a celebrity - will be able to afford to pay her for this recycled generic content

Good lord alive yawn has really fallen into a desperate pit hasn't she!! She could easily rectify her situation by getting a actual job instead of this constant cycle of desperate failed nonsensical bizniz attempts that have not made her the much wanted trillionaire she wants to be. Stop picking around yawn. No one is going to buy into your ridiculous woo rubbish much like not one person has bought into fierces crap either

YouOKHun · 21/09/2024 09:30

She may have posted to emphasise that her pointless programme and her FLP scam are entirely separate but the only hope she’s got of anyone paying £22 a month for her drivel is someone like Headband feeling she should join. Even that is an outside chance. There just aren’t enough bots or potential bots to join and who else knows who she is outside planet Bot? I give it a few weeks before it’s quietly dropped, though she may try and pretend people are queuing up to join a private group to hear how marvellous she is.

Sugarplum48 · 21/09/2024 09:42

Oh we'll be drenched in a deluge of fawning wooness from her trying to convince everyone how successful it is. If l ever saw her ld have to actually stop myself screaming GET A SODDING JOB YOU LOON

SnoogyWoo · 21/09/2024 09:46

Not sure a job can help her, owing £200k to her Ltd company is not something a job can easily repay back. Even repaying £1000 a month which is a huge some in itself it would take nearly 17 years to pay off! How you sleep I don’t know.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 21/09/2024 09:49

The figure of £200k is a bit misleading. That is what she 'owes' her company. If she doesn't pay it back into the company, she owes HMRC the tax on that money (not sure what the rate is, someone more savvy than me will know).
It's still a sum no amount of manifesting will make appear down the side of the sofa.

Sugarplum48 · 21/09/2024 10:10

Isn't it something like 35% which is steep so either way she's in a lot of debt.

Sugarplum48 · 21/09/2024 10:11

And then how do you get away from continously not paying the tax?

AbbeyGrange · 21/09/2024 10:18

My limited understanding is that if the loan isn't paid off within 9 months then it's subject to corporation tax which depending on when the loan was taken out can be between 32-33% which is a hefty amount in itself, (about £70,000) the loan can be written off however there are numerous hurdles to go through HMRC don't just do it over night, by then it will be classed as income and taxed accordingly, it will be an eye watering amount she'll owe HMRC. The only other choice to clear the debt will be insolvency.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 21/09/2024 10:33

Yawn keeps on rolling the director's loan over from one accounting period to the next (aka bed & breakfasting).
Most normal accountants wouldn't touch such an arrangement with a barge pole, but Yawn, along with the dwindling band of FLP 'leaders', uses the 'Bots'R'Us' accountants in Leamington Spa who seem to positively encourage the practice.
Speaking of which, do we know anything of Mr Boring Name Bot's past as an accountant?

AbbeyGrange · 21/09/2024 10:59

"Bed & Breakfasting" is when you pay off the Directors loan and then immediately take out another one to avoid a hefty tax bill, most accountants would say leave at least 30 days between paying off the old loan and taking out a new one, even the HMRC would be suspicious of 30 days, it needs to be months in reality .I don't think Yawn has ever paid the original loan off ever, it just rolls on year after year, the amount of corporation tax she's paid over the years would have paid off the loan, it's baffling why her accountants don't sort this, Directors loans are really only meant for short term use otherwise they're very expensive!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 21/09/2024 13:21

It's to do with the Bots' need for instant cash/gratification to portray a lifestyle they can't actually afford. This accountancy firm are happy to turn a blind eye to it.

It seems so, although HRMC will catch up with them one way or another.

hurlyburlywhirly · 21/09/2024 16:44

Yawn always looks so different in photos she hasn't taken herself and applied a zillion filters to.

She will need hundreds of subscribers to make a decent income from this new thing

PieonaBarm · 21/09/2024 17:28

Once any gullible enough to pay £22 spends the first month in her Facebook group and realises how full of shit she is they'll soon stop paying. There's not a chance that she will give £22 of input. She gets bored of anything after ten minutes.

YouOKHun · 21/09/2024 17:49

Not just hundreds of subscribers but hundreds of subscribers who stay subscribed. Unless she is offering something really useful and different and some real expertise why would anyone join, or if they do join still be signed up at the end of month three? She will have exhausted her material by the end of the first Live, though any subscribers she has have probably been listening to the same old bollocks for years.

If she's taking money from people direct then there are all sorts of things she needs to do which won't have been a consideration when money is coming in via FLP. Neither Mr Yawn or Yawn are registered for GDPR purposes which could get them a hefty fine if someone reports them or raises a concern about how their private information is being stored, shared or used. What about Consumer law? Just because she is hiding on a closed FB page doesn't mean she can do as she likes. But as Yawn says on yesterday's post she's already run two successful businesses so I guess she knows all this.

AbbeyGrange · 21/09/2024 18:00

Important stuff such as HMRC and registering for GDPR isn't on Yawn's radar, that's for other people to worry about...not her. First rule of any business before you even think about making money and doing stupid photo shoots is get to know the nuts and bolts of the business and ensure you're operating on the right side of the law.

SnoogyWoo · 21/09/2024 18:33

What’s this cruise that Yawn is missing out on 🤔

MaybeItsJustTimeToStop · 21/09/2024 19:27

So nurse is putting coaching on hold again. Whilst she finishes her book (that was supposed to be done last month) and pays for some more coaching in how to do coaching.

BSintolerant · 21/09/2024 19:32

She’s going on the Titanic @SnoogyWoo. I’ve heard she’s helping the Powers That Be to rearrange their deckchairs.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 21/09/2024 19:33

Nah, she's daubing the with Frenchic.
