£3.30 on prolific today, I just had the tab open while I was doing other things on my laptop and it came up each time something was available. Spent about 15 minutes earning that so very reasonable.
Completed the core test for DA, hopefully I will pass🤞.
Got a free bag of Malteasers from Shopmium yesterday.
Applied for various other tasks on Roamler, but there's a good amount of jobs in there fairly locally for me and I'm not in or near a city, so that should be a good little earner.

I think the Earn a Tenner threaders kind of filled Prolific up a couple of years ago! I got my daughter to sign up a couple of months back, and she's on the waitlist as well.

That's weird. I signed up to the waiting list just under two weeks ago I think it was and I was invited to join the same day. I thought maybe the waiting list didn't exist anymore. Can you try and sign up again?

I tried to earlier and it said "You signed up to the waiting list on x date in jan 2023. When we start accepting users we will send you a link etc...'

Have you got a different email address? It can't even be that they are selecting particular people as all the info I gave initially was my name and email address I think. They didn't even have my location.

Has anyone been accepted into data annotation recently?

How do you find out if you're accepted into D Annotation and how long did it take to hear back?

@SlurpSlooChortle it's been 6 or 7 months since I started but I don't believe I got an email saying I was accepted. I just kept checking my dashboard and one day work was available. It started off patchy with lower paying jobs, but I believe they review your submissions and then make more available if they're happy. I have constant work now with well paid projects. Really love it.

@SlurpSlooChortle I'm waiting for them too. It's 12 days since I did my second assessment. I emailed them yesterday to ask how long it takes but no response yet.

I applied months ago to Data A and never had any work. Have checked my account now and then but nothing. I think if you get in you hear back quick.

I've been on DA since December and I think I got in a day or two after submitting my application/doing the test. I did a few practice jobs before Christmas to see if they pay out and they did. I have been properly doing it for a few weeks and it's great. Pays better than any other jobs I have done online (bar maybe some of the 2020 Ap stuff but those days are long gone...).

I'm back after quite a while away (and a name change!) but I was here when the very first threads ran and had about a year of great additional income thanks to these threads.
Despite now being back at work full time and in a better paid job I am really struggling with all the increases in costs, so I hope to get back to earning a few hundred a a month.
Is that even do-able now? I previously did Crisp but got kicked off because I didn't mean minimum, the reason being when I was on the work flow was so low! Also Ap back when there were great projects, my dashboard doesn't show much nowadays.

Could I ask which sites people are doing well from at the moment? I've made a fiver on Prolific today so that's a nice start.

I've had £50 from viewsbank in 9 months. Not great, but not bad for a couple of minutes a week.

Have been reading back over this thread and some of the last one. I did the Data Annotation sign-up last night but think my profile is very bare so am not holding out much hope of getting anything. I’ve been a sahm for years, previously held various PA/EA level roles but no university level education meaning the entire skills section is blank. I’ve gone back into my profile and ticked admin-other but think I should also be ticking data entry and transcription boxes … can anyone advise anything else I can or should try to make myself more employable by them?! Thanks.
