Would love to try matched betting but honestly don't know anything about it and where to start. Does it have to be sports bets? I don't know anything about any type of sport.

AncientWhitedogpoop · 26/01/2022 13:32

How does Clickworker pay is it via PayPal? It seemed to ask for my tax details and I felt wary of putting anything in.

rhij86 · 26/01/2022 13:48

@MoreMoneyPlease have you had your gohenry card yet? Not sure if you used the referral code but I've just had £20 pop up in the account for a referral so if it was you, yours should be there too :)

If anyone else wants a FREE £20 - see details below :)

GoHenry - free £20 - this one is a referral, if you use my referral link below we both get £20 free credit. Create the account (just make up a childs name if you don't have one!), top up with £20 and wait for the card to arrive. Once the card arrives, activate it and your free £20 should be added within 24hrs. Just don't forget to cancel the account once you've received your money or it's a small monthly fee!

rhij86 · 26/01/2022 13:52

@Gatekeeper I don't but know a few on here do, hopefully someone will be along to help soon :)

@AncientWhitedogpoop from memory they pay out to paypal, yes. When it asked for tax info I just put my national insurance number in. Matched betting - there are some great sites with free/premium accounts with tonnes of walkthroughs. When I did it, I used oddsmonkey (profit accumulator is another one). I paid for the premium version - the access to the additional guides and tools meant I made way more than the monthly cost in profit. I have no idea about sports, hate them in fact. But you really don't need to like them to do matched betting. Good luck!

Gatekeeper · 26/01/2022 14:07

@AncientWhitedogpoop yes its paid through Paypal- you automatically get paid when your earnings reach £10. For tax info I put my NI number

MoreMoneyPlease · 26/01/2022 14:14

@rhij86. Yes, just activated my card! I guess we have to use the card to spend the £20?

If anyone wants another referral code for a free £20 from GoHenry, mine is:

www.gohenry.com/uk/referrals/?ght=RAF&utm_campaign=refer_a_friend_A&utm_source=invitelinkWA#ref_lnk_goCP16819_Yh

rhij86 · 26/01/2022 14:21

@MoreMoneyPlease either that or withdraw it as cash, don't think it is very easily (if at all) transferable to your normal account. Happy spending :)

rhij86 · 26/01/2022 14:22

hah just realised I didn't add the actual link in my last message for referrals - I've had my turn, so if someone else wants a free £20 use @MoreMoneyPlease link :)

I've literally just started - search Team Profit + Profit Accumulator, they have really clear step by step tutorials. You do need some money in the bank to get started but it makes a lot of money for the small amount of work you put in!
superpinkgirl · 26/01/2022 15:54

Hi all, is anyone having problems accessing the clickworker app? I have tried for the last few days but it literally just won't open!! I have tried on the PC but I have to access PC use via the app!

AncientWhitedogpoop · 26/01/2022 17:25

Thanks @PigeonPigPie @rhij86 and @Gatekeeper for your answers. I will look this up.

I have the grand total of 0.07 euro on Clickworker so far Grin I didn't want to go through UHRSwhatever it is if there was an issue getting paid.

Flatmeringues · 27/01/2022 09:27

@superpinkgirl yes the app hasn’t opened for me on the iPad for a couple of days, it’s v annoying. The iPhone still works and I can access through the website but need to log on each time. Hope they sort it soon.

LemonJelly76 · 27/01/2022 09:33

Does anyone do Panelbase surveys? I get them regularly but I'm getting screened out of so many now, can't remember the last one I actually completed

YonderTweek · 27/01/2022 10:32

Argh this is not a good month for me. I have zero work. I got really excited to do the SC v2 qualification quiz and I thought I did ok but still failed! Probably shouldn't try to do these quizzes after 11pm... I do hope Ap picks up soon or otherwise I will be going back to MB. I did try it around two years ago and found it quite straightforward but there was always the worry of being kicked out of the websites. Grin

justalittlebitextra · 27/01/2022 11:11

@LemonJelly76 I still do Panelbase but I've noticed the same thing about almost always being screened out. I tend to keep doing them as they do pay (relatively) well when I don't get screened out and their diary style/ product test ones are well paid.

YetAnotherRainyDay · 27/01/2022 12:05
@YetAnotherRainyDay It's annoying they've not appeared yet. It's looking like that's all I have this month, so they better appear soon.
They've finally appeared on my invoice today. All correct for me, thankfully.

HeyUpits2022 · 27/01/2022 18:01

Hey - check out gohenry, it's a pre-paid debit card for kids, with parental controls - great for learning money skills. www.gohenry.com/uk/referrals/?ght=RAF&utm_campaign=refer_a_friend_A&utm_source=activityMA#ref_act_goDA8933_Yh

Go Henry free £20 if anyone wants one x

AnotherOne4 · 27/01/2022 19:04

@YonderTweek you are not alone. I failed SC exam too Sad

@YetAnotherRainyDay not all my jobs appeared on my invoice. Had to raise tickets for a few of them.

Lovemusic33 · 27/01/2022 20:53

I have made around £5 a day with branded surveys, not having as much luck with panel base. Managed to bag a £20 Amazon voucher by taking part in a online discussion yesterday (about biscuits 🍪). Started well with Tuluna surveys but now being timed out in most of them and haven’t earnt enough points to cash out 😭.

My ex used to match bet, we made quite a bit of money over several years (talking 1000’s), I say ‘us’ as I often had to got place bets in book makers especially during Gold cup week, whilst he laid them off. I haven’t got the maths or organisation skills to do it on my own.

AppleJane · 27/01/2022 22:00

@Lovemusic33 if you can place bets in a bookies I'm pretty sure you could match bet online. You don't need to be good at maths, the software the match betting companies use tells you what to bet and what to lay. I don't use them now, I just use a spreadsheet I found online.

LemonJelly76 · 27/01/2022 23:25

@Gatekeeper

does anyone on here do the map thingy on Telus? Is it hard?
I thought I'd signed up for maps analyst but I seem to be doing something completely different 🤔
YonderTweek · 28/01/2022 10:52

@AnotherOne4 Haha, at least we're not alone! I thought the guidelines were actually quite clear but evidently I'm not the right person for the job. Lol. I'm secretly hoping they will still look at our quizzes and add people that failed but did kind of ok. I think that's how I got onto SC in the first place. Grin

Takingshape12 · 30/01/2022 07:42

Hi all, what is Potato? I've googled but only came up with potato recipes! Many thanks

Lemming20 · 30/01/2022 08:31

@Takingshape12 believe it’s a nickname for Crisp Thinking Smile

Takingshape12 · 30/01/2022 08:58

Ah that makes sense! Thank you.
