@Tattiespuds that would be roughly between 10 and 20 hours a week. I'm usually more on the lower end though.
The questions seem a little long winded to start with but then once you get used to them it's quite easy. You get test questions thrown in every month and then get scored on those. If you get below a certain score, you get your account on hold whilst you get more training. I'm now usually getting between 90% and 96%.
I also found that there was a couple of things that I just hadn't understood from the instructions and this had been picked up, and a member of the team had messaged me to tell me where I was going wrong and it suddenly clicked and made sense. So they are very helpful in that way.
The question types in the test aren't all the question types either. I guess they're the most difficult ones. Sometimes the tasks are much more simple but like I said once you get started, you will start understanding it a lot more and it becomes pretty simple
