Me too. Got lots of App emails and can only access a couple of the surveys.

I know I've said it before but there are some serious issues going on there if people are being axed from projects and not getting paid for work completed.

Newbie here! So I've signed up to appen and lionbridge but not had any tasks yet. How long do you normally have to wait before anything comes up?

Try to do the surveys on a laptop and copy paste the URL instead of clicking the link.

@YonderTweek I have just tried that and it still gives me a message of content not available on FB. Thank you for your help though.

@superpinkgirl Ahh that's rubbish. I had the same problem but the copy paste worked eventually. Hope they get back to you soon!

I must admit I am finding their support a bit less brilliant these days. I have just received a reply to my A##r question that I sent almost two months ago (it was urgent lol).

The new Fr is up and running with 5000+ batches available. They're all really small batches though.

I've just been perusing the App chat boards and there are a lot of very unhappy people out there at the moment. Seems some are being randomly removed from long term projects, even though they've only been on there for a short time and not getting paid for the work they've done already.

I've been on N**e exactly for a year today so I'm expecting to be removed shortly. It's a shame but it was fine when I was doing the Oops project but I loathe and detest the regular rating tool so I won't miss it although I'll miss the money of course!

Feel a bit demotivated by App now. Think I'll see what else is out there although my full time job is so full on at present I might give it a break for a while and revisit in the summer.

Well as far as I know I haven't been removed from B**es but my hours have disappeared off my invoice. It's showing as an option on the invoice drop down box to add the hours myself now, very strange!
I'm also getting confused with all these surveys, after having to send in proof to get paid for the one that keeps threatening to end, I'm losing motivation to do any of them

I've been taken off B..es chat so can't see anything. They never replied to my email. Now I've had an email to say I didn't complete enough sessions of my regular project, even though I did. I update my invoice every time I do it. I've passed umpteen exams and not been offered any work of Ap. Getting a bit disgruntled after 18 months working with them. None of the survey ones are being added to my invoice so I'm now having to record them separately and email.

Has anyone bought from Amazon on Am**?
I have a receipt rejected because it doesn't 'verify the proof of purchase'. I submitted the email receipt so I'm wondering what I actually need to send. Even the printed version only has the date and not a timestamp so I'm not sure what to do

@TheHumanFund can you download an invoice from your Amazon account? That's what I have to do for work expenses.

@bookgirl1982 Thanks I've looked at that but there is only the date showing and not the time so not sure if they will accept it. I'll give it a go though and see what happens. If it's rejected again I have no idea what to use!

I use the snip tool to do screenshots because if you use the whole page it shows time and date from toolbar

Anyone else get an email from Amur? Says it's come to their attention that an error has occurred causing mismatch in the total amount paid for December and they're looking into it

I haven't got anything regarding A**r December round! So weird.

@unicornpoopoop I did. At first I was hopeful that they would be sending me more money but then I remembered that I was paid pretty much the correct amount so probably not.

I've officially jumped the Ap 9 ship. I have read too many negative reviews and also received some really weird emails from them, so I'm just going to disappear quietly and focus on normal Ap.

Oh just reread it and it says it doesn't include rejections which is what I've been messaging them about 🤦‍♀️

I haven't had an email from Am either. Could it have been sent to everyone who had sent a ticket about their December invoice for that project? I didn't bother as I was only missing the $3 Payoneer fee

I hadn't messaged them at all, which is why I was quite confused. They do send A LOT of emails mind! I always find it funny when a new round starts and there's the immediate email with a reminder to finish all purchases by X date.

Hi Ap&en users I have been putting off finishing my qualification for A£&r. I see there are complaints at the moment. Do you still think it is worth doing ? Advice greatly appreciated.

Plodding on with potato today, still got many to peel to hit the minimum for this month. Been fairly demotivated after Christmas 😩

Fancy doing something quick and easy like clickworker but nothing on there.

Got my app long term project to do but not feeling that either. Just a bit bored I think.

I tried to do all the Facebook surveys but I think only one worked 🙄 I got the weird Am'r email too about the mis-payment in Dec. I tried to work it out this morning but it looked ok to me? Will wait and see, perhaps it's a mass generic email.
