Thanks for the new thread! I'll have to check out my September earnings and report back shortly. I had high hopes for September but I don't think I made as much as I did in August, so I'm hoping October will be better. However, I'm pleased to be part of this group and still enjoying trying to make my £10 a day. Grin

ZetaPuppis · 01/10/2020 12:06

I often lurk on these threads and just want to say thank you.
Not only has this thread helped me to earn some money but working like this has kept me sane. Especially when I had barely any work during lockdown and the months following.

@mrssnow82 thanks for the thread!

I just failed c*le. I am not having a good run!

NancyBannister · 01/10/2020 12:26

Thank you for the new thread.

I've been accepted on to N**e on Appen. Have sent off the practice questions and waiting for feedback. I don't think I've been added to the 'tool' yet, but the chat seems to suggest that I'll get an email with that access in a couple/few days.

Never really had much luck with Appen in the past but really hope this one works out as it seems to be a nice straight forward earner. Anyone else here doing this project?

curdsandwhey · 01/10/2020 12:27

I seem to have had a bumper month in September with User Testing and Intellizoom. Loads came along within the past couple of weeks and it seems to be quite busy at the moment, and I just had another one this morning. Really enjoying them and the style of work suits me, pretty good pay for what it is really.

I made £26 on Prolific and probably could've made more if I've been a bit quicker with claiming the surveys.

And just another recommendation for YouGov, for anyone looking for a quiet, in-the-background project. People on here have said they cash out £50 about once or twice a year, so obviously not the hugest earner, but at the same time they have never screened me out, so every survey I've started, I've finished. September was good for me. My Appen project restarted after a months break. I made about £400 on Appen, £140 on Crisp and £25 on a combination of Prolific/Clickworker/Intellizoom. I have work based exams in a few weeks so going to do the minimum in October though.

curdsandwhey · 01/10/2020 12:31

Can anyone please tell me how long it takes to get fully approved by Appen so you can start working? I submitted my final documents back in April, so nearly 6 months ago now. They've sent me two emails in the last week, inviting me to apply for new projects, but I think I'm still on a waiting list.

CornflakeHill · 01/10/2020 12:34

Any tips for passing C*le? I failed E*o which was similar. I thought I'd done well on it, but obviously not!

whysotriggered · 01/10/2020 13:07

thanks for new thread.

CornflakeHill · 01/10/2020 13:17

Nope, failed it! Oh well, on to the next one.

seizethecuttlefish · 01/10/2020 13:21

@CornflakeHill they should give badges, I'd have a few.

Not done this months earnings. Will have a tally later.

GachaBread · 01/10/2020 13:24

Hey guys!

My totals
Cloudworkers £400
BeMyEye £109
Roamler £10
Mystery-shopping.co.uk £15
Streetbees £12.50
VPYR £5
Shoppix £5
eBay £25

Seeing how it's October, I am going to try and work my ass of. I have got Christmas lists from the kids that stretch through the roof and I want to treat myself to a few gadgets too. Hope the new month is productive for all.

GachaBread · 01/10/2020 13:26

Made about £30 on prolific too. I bloody love that site, missed loads today. I must become faster. X

CornflakeHill · 01/10/2020 13:40

How do people make so much on Prolific? I love it but I only get a couple of jobs a week, even though I always leave the tab open and I've filled in 100% of my profile.

GachaBread · 01/10/2020 13:43

You have to be fast @CornflakeHill I have missed about at least £20s worth this morning doing my CW shift. The ones that i seem to bag is when they are looking for more then 100 people to do surveys and I get quite a few late at night too.

CornflakeHill · 01/10/2020 14:32

@GachaBread I think just talking about it helped - done three in the last ten minutes!!

Mancbee · 01/10/2020 14:45

Thanks for the new thread.

Place marking. Thank you!

MrsWombat · 01/10/2020 16:58

Thank you for the new thread and putting the links in! I've had my best month for a while with September between Crisp, uTest and Appen. I've also had a couple of sales on Merch by Amazon and I've started uploaded a couple of bits onto Kindle Direct Publishing. I'll post my totals once all my Appen stuff has updated.

Good luck for October! Grin

curdsandwhey · 01/10/2020 19:17

Nothing's selling on Ebay. Is it worth joining Depop, or is it just that nothing's selling at all at the moment?

Baby89 · 01/10/2020 20:16

@MrsWombat, I'm so confused about the utest vodophone bingo- how do I make the call I cant see what I'm supposed to be looking at Confused any help appreciated thanks

Buster27 · 01/10/2020 21:31

September was my best month to date by a mile, £1615 [shocked] £1100 was from Appen, my best month on Appen so far too. Unfortunately a lot of it was from a project that's just ended so I doubt I'll be in that region next month. The rest was from a mix of Crisp, matched betting, eBay and prolific.

@NancyBannister I've been on ni** for a month, it's nice and easy Smile It didn't take long at all to get access to the tool so you shouldn't be waiting long.

Buster27 · 01/10/2020 21:33

[shocked] should obviously be Shock Blush should have previewed!

margaritasbythesea · 01/10/2020 22:19

Thanks for the new thread. Sime fantastic totals there. Well done everyone.

Mine was just about £65 from Appen. I 've put all my energy into applying for a new job. I interviewed yesterday. Apparently they have more candidates tomorrow and I should hear on Monday. Obviously, I am hoping it will go my way but quite pleased at how hard I tried for it whichever is the outcome.

How's your recruitment process going Otterses? Have I missed something?

Happy hunting for October all.
