June earn £10 a day thread

mrssnow82 · 01/06/2020 09:47

It's a brand new month so have started a new thread.

I've had few emails from Neevo over the weekend offering work, however I still haven't received payment for tasks I did at the beginning of May so am giving them a wide berth. Anyone else?

May wasn't the best for me. All my Appen projects (except Bane, which I managed less than 20 minutes on for the whole month!) finished Sad which had been my main earner the last couple of months. Maybe it's good in a way as although I didn't earn as much this month (around £350, so well off my £620 target but still a nice side income!) towards the end of the month I started putting in some effort in other areas.

Prolific was great for me this month, got £80 from there! Unfortunately the bulk of it was from one study that had about 12 tasks spread over a few weeks, so it's unlikely to happen again.

I started on 20 cogs. I've completed 4 cogs and got 6 pending so will continue to chip away at that this month.

Signed up for UHRS on CW. Haven't only done a few quids worth so far but hopefully will make some money on there at some point.

The new crisp minimum work amounts made me actually log on and get on with it, and I found myself getting quite into it after a few days. I think going forward I'll try to make more use of it.

This month I'll be aiming for £20 a day, definitely doable if I keep motivated.

mrssnow82 · 01/06/2020 10:32

@buster £20 a day is definitely doable! That prolific study sounds good - hopefully there will be more where that came from!

I made about £400 in May from a combination of Appen, Clickworker, Ebay, Intellizoom, Prolific & Utest

I decided to do away with the likes of Appinio, Swagbucks, Streetbees etc as they simply don't pay enough for my time.

May was a good month earnings wise, over £500 from Appen, about £60 from Prolific and another £100 or so from a combination of Clickworker, Intellizoom and Cr*. So over £600 in total which was my target.

Unfortunately also an expensive month due to the costs of my lovely cats final illness and death, which has swallowed up most of it. At least I can pay it without struggling which I am really grateful for.

ruralwanderer · 01/06/2020 11:04

Sorry to hear about your cat @wolfff

I'm quite disappointed with my may earnings, should have been nearly £200 but Neevo didn't pay so I finished the month at less than half of that, and most of that was from Intellizoom!

I need to up my game this month and really dedicate myself to the next B* batch from Appen.

lannister · 01/06/2020 11:11

May was quite a good month, lots of casino offers made me around £450, then the usual Intellizoom and Prolific took me to just over £500. Looking forward to June.

Sleepyquest · 01/06/2020 11:15

So what does a newbie need to know please? Where do I begin? I want to join the club!

seizethecuttlefish · 01/06/2020 11:19

May was good for me. Don't think I'll match April anytime soon though lol.
Potato - 265
Appen - 350
Neevo - 22 (was expecting 70!)
Intellizoom - 22
Interviews and Panels - 40

Going to get back into matched betting this month and try some uTest. Trying to widen my scope as I don't think I have long left on my main Appen project.

seizethecuttlefish · 01/06/2020 11:21

@sleepyquest link to old thread here. Should help you out.

May earn £10 a day thread http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/legalmoneyy_matters/3895535-May-earn-10-a-day-thread

MoreMoneyPlease · 01/06/2020 11:47

May was okay for me, think I made about £650 which included:

Appen (£340)
Intellizoom (£40)
Grapevine (£50 for about 30 mins work in total!)
Prolific (£60)
Neevo (£160)

Surprised I got so much from Neevo as I'm still waiting for some payments.

I'm waiting to put my Appen invoice in for May but I did a task with an 'auto generated invoice' and I can't see this on my main invoice. Does anyone know if this will get added to my invoice before I submit or does it get submitted separately?

Wolfff · 01/06/2020 11:54

Wait for it can appear. It should go on by the end of the 1st. Remember they are on Seattle time. You have up to the 3rd to submit.

Thanks @Wolfff Smile

GachaBread · 01/06/2020 12:10

Their you guys are.... Thanks for the new thread!

My totals are
Cloudworkers £820
BeMyEye £45
Roamler £8
Streetbees £14.30
Prolific £35
Shoppix £5
eBay £150 after fees, postage costs etc

Did not hit my Vpyr £5 this month but very close.

MoreMoneyPlease · 01/06/2020 12:11

@lannister Do you belong to Team Casino or similar to do the casino offers? I did the MB offers and made about £700 before lockdown but am a bit nervous about doing casino offers. Any tips?

seizethecuttlefish · 01/06/2020 12:26

@GachaBread go you on Cloudworkers. That's brilliant.

Mrsm010918 · 01/06/2020 12:32

Started this up on the 20th of last month and happy with what I've done so far.

Appen - waiting to qualify for tasks
Prolific- £10.24
PPH - £40
Appinio - £3.09
Clickworker €3.72

Neevo- I've seen some people have had problems with payment for these so I've been doing tasks for them if I have nothing else or am waiting for something to come in, I'll either be paid or I won't so I'll wait and see.

Target for this month of £300!

GachaBread · 01/06/2020 12:35

Thanks @seizethecuttlefish ❤️ I'm back on form and the traffic has been crazy on their this month.

curdsandwhey · 01/06/2020 12:38

In May:

£32 on Prolific
£20 on Intellizoom
£20 for selling something online
Done 10 cogs on 20Cogs
Making slow-but-sure, steady progress on YouGov, which I'm treating as a longer term background project. You can cash out £50 once you've got up to 5,000 points. Please use my signup link here: yougov.co.uk/refer/lF5VV9mTf35wodPT59NGLQ/

@GachaBread That's great! Please could you tell us more about Bemyeye and Roamler? Do you just go into shops and do little tasks and things?

GachaBread · 01/06/2020 12:49

@curdsandwhey BeMyEye and Roamler are apps you download and you do mystery shopping tasks that are very easy and quick. BeMyEye is easier then Roamler. Due to the crisis the work stopped but now is slowly trickling in but is usually very lucrative.

I also review for BeMyEye too so my totals reflect reviewing and physically doing tasks myself. If you have time go back through many of the £10 a day threads to see my earnings for them so you can het a jist of what you can earn.

Any questions just ask away. I love the mystery shopping more then anything.

curdsandwhey · 01/06/2020 12:54

Thanks :) BeMyEye sounds like the kind of thing that would suit me as I like the sort of thing where you can just log in and do little bits whenever you have the time.

I'm think I might apply for Clickworker. I did apply for Appen and signed some documents, but apparently it takes a while for them to come back to you.

GachaBread · 01/06/2020 13:01

@curdsandwhey you just check the apps throughout the day, book the jobs you want to do and then payment is usually made after a few hours once it has been approved. Their are level systems so doing more jobs will get you on the next level which opens up more perks to you. Once things get back to normal you will see a lot more tasks. At the moment it is very bleak. Their are some Aldi jobs on their at the moment on BeMyEye which are literally 2 minutes to do and are £3.10 each but it depends on your location.

justtheonethen · 01/06/2020 13:03

May wasn't bad for me despite there being F all b@ne work. £960 between Crisp and Appen

Sorry to hear about your cat @Wolfff, mine is also on his last legs and this month has been expensive Sad.

I need to make June a good earning month as I'm due in July so will be on maternity allowance from then.

curdsandwhey · 01/06/2020 13:13

@GachaBread Great, thank you for the info.

Wolfff · 01/06/2020 13:36

Sorry to hear about your cat. I hope you have a productive month @justtheonethen

seizethecuttlefish · 01/06/2020 14:26

Exciting times @justtheone!
