Continued chat exposing things such as the lies peddled and the bankruptcies hidden from view.

For those interested, the Lifetime channel is airing a documentary series called Cults & Extreme Belief. I have seen two episodes so far (FLDS, aired yesterday, and Twelve Tribes, aired last week). This coming Sunday is the first part of The Survivors Speak. So far it has been very interesting to see the similarities to MLM brainwashing. The way that active FLDS members still view Warren Jeffs as a prophet rather than a paedophile is remarkably similar to how Young Living customers view their late leader Gary Young.

In other news: I'm thinking about starting a tinfoil MLM as there seems to be a rather strong market amongst huns.

Ooh. What was posted on nurses raising money for nurses post? Last I saw was a supportive post from her mum and a friend.

Also what's with the promotional story about Avon products? All shot in the dark... again.

Vhun123 · 11/05/2020 20:42

I have a juice plus hun on my newsfeed and just seen this on one of her posts. Any ideas on how I can report this? Or would I need more information from her first? I'm disgusted.

Forgot to attach the photo here it is

YouokHun · 11/05/2020 22:09

Well, don’t bother reporting to Juice Plus compliance who will ‘thank you for reaching out” and do bugger all else. I think Twitter is the best thing at the moment. I believe CTSI/ASA are taking an interest in false health claims at the moment. It’s one of many sadly.

Vhun123 · 11/05/2020 22:18

I don't use Twitter unfortunately, I could create an account though if it's worth it

Hunbot · 11/05/2020 22:39

Oof homeschool put down the bleach before you start to look like a monat hun

Vhun123 · 11/05/2020 22:46

Have created this is anyone wants to follow. I will be ruthless when I work out how to use Twitter.

Homeschool really needs to leave her hair alone now!

HailHydra · 12/05/2020 08:19

My local scentsy bot is appealing to create "whiff box" pamper hampers for NHS staff. Absolute crickets in response

YouokHun · 12/05/2020 10:09

@Vhun123 I think you’ve got a few followers. It’s all in the hashtags: antimlm antimlmmovement MLM pyramidscheme, plus those relevant to the subject and hashtags the company uses and their name too. The beauty of Twitter is that you can call a company out and include others they really don’t want to be included. There are a lot of people who follow anti MLM who are scientific or wellness myth busters too - have a look at the twitter account of the Anti MLM Coalition for some good follow ideas.

Whiterangey · 12/05/2020 10:40

I am twitter impaired, also Instagram impaired. I only really have the hang of Facebook.

Spongebobette · 12/05/2020 10:43

I am active on Twitter but more for my profession than anything and I look at anti MLM accounts but don’t follow them

thetemptationofchocolate · 12/05/2020 10:58

The bots probably don't need to bother with excuses re. lack of cheques. Due to the churn rate there will be very few left who were in during the glory days.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 12/05/2020 11:04

Uber is reliving the past like nobody's business.

watnochequeagain · 12/05/2020 11:06

The cheques list and who's who have been a regular feature for years, I would be surprised if they didn't publish the list this year.
Especially as it's the "hook" many rely on to bring new blood into their teams! After all - without a juicy carrot to entice - what other methods of persuasion can you use to suggest the unlimited amounts of untold riches and wealth ahead of you when you part with your joining on fee?
Some major spin sessions are ahead of us - I await with bated breath!

Shhhhh223 · 12/05/2020 11:44

Has anybody listened to castles podcasts?

One was about this thread I think. She went down the trolling bullying route.

Spongebobette · 12/05/2020 12:02

The way Homeschool's husband addresses her as 'mummy' alarms me

funkylittleboatrace · 12/05/2020 12:19

Yawn really tells the world and it's brother her whole life story doesn't she?.

acatcalledjohn · 12/05/2020 12:26

"Mummy" is very belittling coming from anyone other than young children.

Yawn has got to keep her "why" out there. I wonder how much of it is true. I mean, they are very good at hiding, bending or exaggerating the truth, as we see time and time again.

OP posts:
YouokHun · 12/05/2020 12:47

“Mummy” Hmm
The more I see of Mr Homeschool the more sinister I find him. He’s spamming me like crazy with lots of suggestions of how I might have missed my psychological problems, which can be fixed by his special therapy and joining his tribe (next stop a place in the Modere downline).

I’ll have to have a listen to Castle’s podcast, see if I can pick up some tips on bullying people for when I start my MLM.

Spongebobette · 12/05/2020 13:16

Funny how Homeschool carefully only shows the back of the products she's touting, never the label at the front....

Norma27 · 12/05/2020 13:16

How can anyone listen to castle's absolute drivel? So full of her self.
As for Mr Homeschool, he is a vile narcissist who takes advantage of as many women as he can.

BethanyBarleywater · 12/05/2020 13:17

For all the money Yawn claims she is earning, have I missed the bit about the Director's Loan she has to pay back?

acatcalledjohn · 12/05/2020 13:42

You haven't missed a thing. She, on the other hand...

A bit like homeschool "forgetting" to tell people she signs up that she is bankrupt.
