@GachaBread CW is very quiet for me too, yesterday was particularly slow got 20 done and kept getting disconnected. Hopefully it will pick up for Valentines

@spacepoppers they were new valentines ones regarding meal deals for £4. If they have all gone then they should be back. Fingers crossed

@Februarycat slow is not the word. I'm probably doing 50 an hour due to the wait in between messages, at night not so bad but the daytime is just toooo slow even if you have booked the shift. Glad it's just not me. I'm thinking maybe a lot of people are working it now due to Christmas or maybe too many agents they have on their books.

That doesn't fill me with much confidence re CW traffic 😩 I've booked a load of shifts for next week, in the hope that it would be better traffic than just free styling but sounds like it's constantly quiet at the minute

Can anyone help me set up the Charles Proxy thing? Happy to do over PM or whatever. I'm having no luck at all with the instructions they have provided. Or do you have to do this academy cycle at all? Is it possible just to skip it? I don't even really want to faff about with proxies and even less so on the phone, I'd rather just stick to testing on the PC anyway.

Found another mystery shopping app called easyshift. I just found it and it looks okay but you just never know. I have never heard anyone mention it either. I'm going to keep it for a while and see if I can make some money from it.

Has anyone actually spent 10-15 hours to complete the application process on an Appen project? Not sure if I'd have the stamina!

@MoreMoneyPlease I've never taken that long on an Appen one - usually an hour tops. The LB one I did recently probably took me 5 or 6hours (they also said 10-15)

@Bertiebotts have you got as far as installing the certificate on your phone? That's where some people struggle.

You don't have to do any of the academy stuff and tbf, if you are using android 7.0 or above, you're very unlikely to use it because it isn't working. Having said that, I was asked to provide a CPL this week, but I was given a specific set of conditions which let me do that for that situation .

Today I've signed up for Rattle on Appen. It certainly sounds a lot like LB.

I've done a test case on uTest for a fiver and it only took me 15 mins. I've also completed the computer academy training. The bug I found was a bit of a stretch in the definition of bug but hopefully it will pass and hopefully it will lead to bigger and better projects? Going to to the mobile one tomorrow.

@Lougle no, I can't even get that far - it wants me to press on my wifi network to get to "modify network" and long pressing doesn't bring up that option on my phone. Nor can I find it by searching or googling.

I managed 2 hours on the UHRS clickworker job this morning and made $35.50 - quite happy with that, I would have carried on but had to go out. Boo!

@MoreMoneyPlease I've not been invited to do the Rattle test yet, just signed up for it. Might not ever be invited. I failed Lionbridge three times, although they kept inviting me back for a retest a few times.

Ahh @BertieBotts, is it a Samsung? Long press on the wifi symbol to get to the network, then there's a little cog to the right of the network name. The last option on the list that appears is 'Advanced'. Open that and change 'proxy' to manual.
