Has anyone been paid by Neevo for the voice recording tasks? If so how long does it take for the payment to come through? Just thought I'd check - I've just started doing the tasks. Thanks

Wolfff · 16/11/2019 15:25

It was a couple of weeks I think. They originally said people wouldn’t be paid until the job was finished.

Frenchdoors1 · 16/11/2019 15:34

Yes... Then we were sent them back (some of them) where we had to check they were speaking clear English.

AliciaWhiskers · 16/11/2019 15:34

@BlackCatFan I got paid for all of the spoken ones I did (230 of each), and some of the validation ones (about 300 of each). Since then I've done about another 1000 validation ones, so still waiting for payment of those.

BlackCatFan · 16/11/2019 16:16

@Frenchdoors1 @AliciaWhiskers thank you

Frenchdoors1 · 16/11/2019 16:18

@BlackCatFan
You're welcome - anytime Smile

justtheonethen · 16/11/2019 17:15

I haven't been paid for any of the recording ones yet Hmm

Frenchdoors1 · 16/11/2019 17:40

@justtheonethen
Since we did them a few weeks ago you haven't been paid yet?

Drop them an email, they aren't there at the weekend but when I emailed them they replied straight away and were very helpful.
They may just make payments in batches.

MoreMoneyPlease · 16/11/2019 18:17

Anyone else subconsciously classifying things irl? Just me?

Grin!!!

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 16/11/2019 18:19

I'm pretty sure I was classifying in my sleep last night 💤

DontCallMeDarling · 16/11/2019 18:51

@MoreMoneyPlease

regarding minimum hours, go to your project instructions at your project home and that details minimum hours and targets you are expected to reach for each project.

justtheonethen · 16/11/2019 19:17

@Frenchdoors1 no, I got paid for the validation ones but not the speaking ones. Good idea, I'll email them!

Frenchdoors1 · 16/11/2019 20:25

@justtheonethen
Sorry,i didn't actually email them, there is a chat/message icon that you click on on the site.

justtheonethen · 16/11/2019 20:52

@Frenchdoors1 done, thank you

obviouslymarvellous · 16/11/2019 21:09

I just think I'm putting things into what categories I think they should be in - not what they should be in! Managed 3 (long monotonous) hours today. I'm just hoping I'm doing a decent job and don't get binned! I did Stanton teat and failed that GrinGrinGrin I'm really good at the first 15 questions but after that a haze takes over 🤣 anyone done the ad thing for respondent? I've been ok that and that's been really good fun. Also been paid out for quite a few intellizoom so things have picked up a bit. Has anyone passed Lionbridge ? Every time I look at the 147 pages I think is it worth it...

A nice £49.55 surprise today Grin I didn't realise I had health insurance with work, and sent a claim form off for my contact lenses.

Buster27 · 16/11/2019 21:35

@obviouslymarvellous you're not allowed to work for Appen and Lionbridge (I remember reading, probably from someone else on here, that it can result in both accounts being closed).

obviouslymarvellous · 16/11/2019 22:16

@Buster27 thanks 😊 I was just going to take the exam and see what happened... Is lionbridge a permanent role like crisp or is it project based like Appen?

OP posts:
Buster27 · 16/11/2019 22:35

@obviouslymarvellous I haven't looked into Lionbridge at all tbh. I assumed it was similar to Appen but I'm sure someone else can confirm.

BlockRockinBeats · 17/11/2019 03:32

@happycamper11

Just print out your online receipts eg from Amazon. Go to Shoppix, select the A4 photograph option, snap a pic your online receipt and that is it!

I usually upload my printed receipts from ebay and Amazon purchases. Always get accepted.

I had an email from Shoppix the other day telling me that they were going to make it far easier to record online receipts. So keep your eyes peeled! 🙂

3dogsnorth · 17/11/2019 13:01

This is a really big ask. ... sometime back someone kindly gave me a handwritten copy of the crisp test answers. I've now deleted it, can anyone help?

dreamyflower · 18/11/2019 17:14

@SpinneyHill could you explain site testing? All these things I've never heard of! Thanks

CoffeeandaBagel · 19/11/2019 14:00

Hi,

New here. I have had a quick browse, but just wondered if someone wouldn't mind passing on a bit of wisdom Smile

I have been out of work for over a decade. I always had admin based jobs before then. DP earns good money, so don't need to work (SAHM) but I'm desperate to make my own financial contribution to the household.

Looking at TTC soon, so WFH would make much more sense at this stage.

Where would be a good place to start?

Sorry if I sound clueless. Just dipping my toe in the water at this stage.

TIA
