Well that's it the countdown is on for Christmas (as far as I'm concerned anyway!)

@rhij86 weird about no payment. I'd raise a ticket because it's supposed to be by 14th every month. I've been paid. Does it say there's an issue with your invoice or anything?

Did you upload any ID to payoneer? Mine was asking for some.

@toastytea yep I uploaded ID. It hasn't even reached payoneer yet. Invoice says 'approved'.

@rhij86 @Buster27 after approved I think it changes to submitted for payment. So maybe yours has been missed in error!!

Anyone been approved for cottonwood? It's says click here to start qualification , but it's a dead link ?any idea what the project is or why I can't see the qualification?

@rhij86 aww no. Can you delay paying for it? Or pay as you go? Annoying!

@spookyaction I am on Cottonwood. I've failed several others of the 20 hour projects and managed to pass that, so to me it's the easiest. Although now I am working on it now I am still finding it very taxing and not a good earner yet as they have minimum productivity requirements which I am falling short on so I am working more hours than I can invoice for. Hoping I speed up though!

I found I couldn't open guidelines on my pc but then could on my phone. Then the next day I could open it fine on both. Maybe try another browser?

Anyone on Deshka or Stamford? Just been invited to exams for them. Are they any easier than the others? Do I bother? I've failed Elkhorn, Sitka Web (so won't bother with Sitka Ad) and Imbler already!

@anxiouswaiting I'm in the middle of the elkhorn exam 😅 not wise being on here and doing the exam at the same time 😬

@anxiouswaiting I've also been invited to take the test for one of the new ones. Will have to leave it until tonight but it looks different to the two other types I have. Looks ok from the guidelines but I would probably have said that about the other two..

Next is cottonwood and deskhka.

I'm in innari c - does anyone know if I can work deshka and cottonwood with innari? I don't want to be spending so much time of the guidelines and exams only to be told I can't work both. I'd rather keep innari c as it's become a really good earner for me.

@spookyaction I've just tried doing the first assessment for cottonwood but the guidelines aren't working. I've tried on my phone and iPad and they just aren't opening up.

Can I just ask as this is my first time using Appen how I check that my Payoneer account is on file with them? I can't find it anywhere!

@SNISR yes you can def do cottonwood and Inari C as I am doing both.
@Buster27 gosh I hope they are easier, my brains hurting from all these tests. Doesn't help that guidelines are really difficult to match with the exams I think, they aren't clear to follow and the example ones on the exams are where I fail I think as I am sure I understand what they want after reading the millioms of pages 10 times but when it gets to the exam examples it is really hard to pick the right one

@SNISR I've also tried using different browsers and still no luck. Is there anyone we can connect about it?

@donut8 I think we can raise a ticket somehow, but they're really slow in getting back to you, plus I'm not sure how you raise a ticket.

Ive been invited to loads more projects but as @anxiouswaiting says, to ensure you hit productivity you do (at least at beginning) have to work more hours than you can bill so I literally don't have time for another of those projects. In fact they gave me access to another project I passed and I am ignoring it!

@SNISR @donut8 I had this with one of the tests, there's another link in the next screen (after you electronically sign) that should work.

@Buster27 the link I am clicking on is after the electronic sign in page. It's states it's a Guidelines link but it just says page not found.

@SNISR ah ok. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly.
