Will post a link to previous thread shortly!
Well that's it the countdown is on for Christmas (as far as I'm concerned anyway!)
Going to aim for more than £10 a day (I was around it for latter half of last month)
prolific has been rubbish this week
Doing very nicely out of intellizoom
Starting to Utest
Just wish Appen would give me a nice juicy project
Still not done Cloudworkers paperwork

Anyone else not able to start a new invoice on appen- I have nothing in my drop down list for projects Confused

Adultwork, and cloudworkers to some degree, gives me the creeps. I'm not into normalising women as a commodity to be wanked over. No judgement to those doing it obviously, it's the industry I have an issue with, not the workers.

Bodenshmoden · 02/11/2019 08:48

Thanks @Otterses Smile

seizethecuttlefish · 02/11/2019 09:02

@ChubRubTub I got accepted for Nilheim but never heard anything back. I did message to ask as I got an email saying details to follow but good old Appen support told me it hadn't started yet. I'm actually getting really frustrated with how Appen are. I know they have thousands applying and you're just a number but I can't understand how they chose who get what! I've applied for everything I'm qualified for and apart from a test that I failed, way back at the beginning, I've got nowhere.

anxiouswaiting · 02/11/2019 09:08

Popping my head in. Last month wasn't great for me, waiting for Appen and Neevo payments but between those and Crisp and surveys I'll be at about £380.

I really need to make thia month count and get myself into a good money making routine as I have to hand in my notice this month. Finding it all quite overwhelming as have so much going on right now. Also feeling cross that we managed to get ourselves so much debt because without that there wouldn't be so much pressure as my husband earns almost enough for our bills and my wage is basically cc debt, loan, car finance and childcare.

Fingers crossed for some good projects this month !

ChubRubTub · 02/11/2019 09:17

@seizethecuttlefish it's very frustrating isn't it.

This is only the second thing I've got. The first was the $9 Noyo thing. I've qualified for loads, but just never hear anything.

obviouslymarvellous · 02/11/2019 09:26

Is there anything similar to Cloudworkers? Also I know the thread moves quickly but has anyone submitted paperwork later than 7 days for Cloudworkers and been accepted? Thanks

There is a new project listed on Appen. Caledon.

bkaz · 02/11/2019 09:29

@27SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock, oh dear I don't have facebook.

rhij86 · 02/11/2019 09:34

October earnings:

Appen: £4.01
Prolific: £32.29
Respondent: 39.34
People4research: 50
Clickworker: 61.52
Qmee: 38.28
Matched betting: 62.14
Mystery shopping: 30
Cash for clothes: 7.20

Total: £324.78

I've submitted an invoice for Appen which will be about another £150 and I'm waiting on payment from Neevo so that will probably take me up to the £500 ish mark.

I'm aiming for £800 from appen and another £10 a day from other things so £1,100 is the goal [shocked]

CatHopeful · 02/11/2019 10:51

justtheonethen same here. I managed to grab some of the Bane work, which is supposed to be auto-invoiced, but I've got no idea how or if I'm going to get paid for it :/

StudentHelp · 02/11/2019 10:52

Managed £26.81 on prolific
£20ish topcashback
And a few other bits here and there so about £50 this month for me

StudentHelp · 02/11/2019 10:56

Aiming for £100 this month

justtheonethen · 02/11/2019 11:01

@CatHopeful ah no, mine is in for last month, I can't make a November one! I think they can be slow to put the auto ones on- I think they say up to the 5th?

CatHopeful · 02/11/2019 11:15

justtheonethen right, with you now. Hope it's fixed for you soon. I'll sit tight and be a bit more patient.

GachaBread · 02/11/2019 11:29

@obviouslymarvellous there is a company called chat-from-home that is similar to cloudworkers but me and a few others have had problems with the times that they want to talk to you via Skype due to their time zones. On a plus they get back to you very quickly when you apply unlike cloudworkers which took me over a month and a half to get on their platform. I am unsure whether or not they will accept you after the 7 day thing but I do not think it will be a problem.

GachaBread · 02/11/2019 11:35

I also have a friend who is working on the chat-from-home platform. You have to write a minimum of 175 characters for each message where as cloudworkers is only 70 characters. And if you do not tap out a message within 3_4 minutes with chat-from-home it gets assigned to another moderator and you only find out when you press send to send your message. Cloudworkers do not do that so bear all that in mind. My friend has sent her documents for cloudworkers back and it has been over three weeks and she still has not heard anything. They will get back to her they are just slow

@Buster27 I don't have IG either. I have FB. I am on Nile but it took about 6 months of in progress applications. I have about 16 in progress now, I don't think they like me Grin

seizethecuttlefish · 02/11/2019 13:48

I worked Bane this month but I don't have any hours auto involving. Anyone else? It's only a couple of hours but really frustrating.

Wolfff · 02/11/2019 14:23

@buster27

Yes I am on a long term project and I have Instagram. You need it for that particular job.

I don't think it specified the number of followers/following. It is easy to get followers, just follow pages you like the look of, post some non identifying bland pics of anything at all. A lot of marketing, or local accounts will follow you.

mangomama91 · 02/11/2019 14:45

I've been watching these threads with interest all year but haven't really done anything!
Last month (thanks to the reccomendations on this thread) I signed up to QMee and I have also got Huyu and Shoppix receipt scanning apps.
With shoppix I am almost at cashing out £10 (woohoo)
And since starting qmee last month I've almost earned £25.
Not life changing amounts I know but I'm pretty chuffed and I can put these small amounts away and they will soon add up!
:)

Placemarking

CatHopeful · 02/11/2019 19:47

I'd love to get a long term Appen project. I only applied to them v recently though. Other than Bane (which is now done), Niffle (not yet started and one off) I have 3 or 4 'pending'. I have FB, Twitter and Insta - all active accounts.

TheCanterburyWhales · 03/11/2019 00:00

lannister (and others) I still have 28 (after adding Caledon) to my Appen in progress projects and since March have had the one off Noyo, was told I'd been accepted into Niffle wotsit but then didn't hear anything, and failed one test just last week. This week I applied also to Mason and about an hour after applying got an email thanking everyone who had taken part, and saying the project was now complete. Even today it's still showing as "in progress" on my list.
I signed up to them again with a different email and received a "we don't need anyone at the moment" brush off.
Just been reading the English teaching online fb page where people say they're earning 5,000$ a month....

BlockRockinBeats · 03/11/2019 00:25

@mangomama91 To make even more quick cash, you need to join the OhMyDosh! Cashback site. You get money for taking out free trials of things and there are lots of bingo/slots/betting sign up offers. Really easy to make £50+ in a few hours if you are new.

Here is my referral link...

https://ohmydosh.co.uk/validate/referaa_friend/welcome/209978?keyword=referred

I still use them after 8 months of joining as they are always adding new cashback offers.
