Saw a few newcomers place marking on the previous thread, so a big welcome to them

Christmas is just around the corner, and I'm sure we all could do with the extra earnings to pay for Christmas and keep us out of the January slump.

I'll copy and paste the first post of the previous thread as soon as I'm at a computer.

Has anyone got any targets in mind? I'm aiming for £20 a day, then hopefully £200 or so of 'extras'.

I'm going to fall out with payoneer. They have been holding my money since the 9th as it's under some mysterious review. Which they can't explain or give a time frame for sorting out.

@justtheonethen Me too, I couldn't believe it - I don't know how people got to so many shifts that quickly. I'm so disappointed and I'm worried that it is going to happen again from now on. I'm really sorry it's happened to you too.

It's bloody annoying- I don't know why they have the caps - surely no one is managing to get anywhere near that! I literally got one shift. This week I booked 15 hours and have picked up some more last min. It's very annoying. Maybe they have taken on loads of new people to shifts?

@justtheonethen Maybe they have done that - it seems from this point there has been a round of general recruiting. Yep, this week I had a similar number of hours and it was brilliant. And like I say, next week, ONE hour. I wasn't exactly picky about when I worked either (other than not wanted night shifts), I just wanted one hour at some point each day. I'm gutted :(

@CatHopeful same, I have never had a problem getting those hours before. Today no chance . The ad hoc ones have gone ludicrously quickly too this week.

@justtheonethen Yes, I also noticed that. Hopefully we'll both have more luck next Friday :/

Maybe it's because a lot of people want the money for Christmas so they're getting in quicker than normal.

@Onehellofaride well done on passing the crisp test. I passed too but haven't heard a thing in 5 days 🤷‍♀️

@juicy0 I’ve received my access to everything this afternoon. I can start tonight. Everything happened really quickly. I only signed up a couple of weeks ago!

Anyone waiting for isoftstone payment still? They said between 11th and 20th so I know they still have 2 days but since it is now the weekend I thought we may have had it already.

Nope. I think they paid a couple of days after they said last time, so maybe Tuesday or Wednesday.

@anxiouswaiting I emailed and asked today if they were still planning on paying by Sunday and she replied that she would let me know when finance confirmed

No payment from Isoftstone here either! Hope they don’t mess us around too much! Not had an email to say how many have been approved either.

I don't know how many of mine were approved either. As soon as they said they had enough recordings I couldn't login any more so I have no idea. Luckily I took a screen shot so I know how many I did and know what I am expecting and will hopefully be able to work out from that how many weren't approved.

@SNISR Can I ask how did you prove your ID to the chat from home Skype person if you missed the message?. I'm about to apply and want to forearmed.

@Madre77 so the time the coach was available was 1am-4am. I told her I would wait for her call that same day. I set my alarm for 1, waited for 20 mins and went to sleep again lol.
I woke up in the morning and she had sent me a message at 2.20am to ask if I was still available. Anyway rearranged the day and she video called me after like 20 mins. I held my passport next to my face and that was it. Over in like 5 seconds. She cut the call off and sent a message if I was available at x time for a 45 minute training.
Training was easy tbh. Training manual is sent beforehand.

Just had an e-mail from isoftstone. I wonder if that was promted by you contacting them @justtheonethen !

Says payments will start to be made from Monday 21st. The wording of that makes me think not everyone will actually get it on 21st and it could be any point next week - hopefully no longer!

I m still waiting for isoftstone too, mine were all finished and checked by the end of last month and I emailed last weekend to be told it would be the week just gone, now I ve had the email like some of you saying next week. I was relying on that money and our half term plans are now ruined so I m furious with them. I work freelance in my main role and I have set pay dates, they are vague and unprofessional and I won’t be doing any more work for them in future as I need to know exactly when I should expect to be paid. Being self employed is no excuse to treat people like they don’t matter so I m staying well clear in future!
