heard same day i think - i did it in the morning and heard back in the afternoon

I've got the final crisp test to do and it's ridiculous how nervous I am about taking this test.
I'm deciding whether to do it now and get it done with or read through the guidelines more.
I so want to get this job as it will be so helpful to fit around kids and school.
Any more hints or tips? Someone tell me just to get on with it
