Hello everyone Grin a new month, and a new thread, and a £280 target to hit!

There aren't song rules, as long as you've made some extra cash. So from eBay to remote jobs to saving money by switching your house insurance provider - it all counts.

There's a list below of the sites mentioned in the previous thread, hopefully I haven't missed too many, but add anything else you think of.

@Imacliche ohhhh hope it's nothing too serious (and that the money making will keep your mind off things).

@duffed very successfully passed the Crisp exam Grin so hopefully she can offer us some wisdom.

Being brave and doing the £100 Bet365 offer Grin should be £76 up as soon as my bets settle. I know they're right, but I'm still shitting myself that I'll cock up.

thefavourite · 22/02/2019 20:36

Hi @Otterses,

Good luck with Bet365.

If you have a moment, please can you help me with my Football Index query in this thread from earlier today please? I know it must appear that I've come out of nowhere but I'm a regular, just name changed recently!

CottonBlanket · 22/02/2019 22:30

Oh crap.

I am a newbie attempting MB. Currently on the 2nd sign up offer tutorial on PA, which is for Betfred - play £10, receive £30 free.

I THOUGHT I followed instructions but it seems I have lost my £10.

I am down roughly a tenner in my Betfair Exchange account, and my Betfred play is reading like I've lost my £10. Shit shit shit.

Betfred is hard to read - could I get conformation from one of your lovely ladies, if I screen shot the page, please..?

Another mistake and I'll step away. Can't afford it.

CottonBlanket · 22/02/2019 22:34

Great. Mobile app won't allow attachment. Angry

CottonBlanket · 22/02/2019 22:38

BlushBlush okaaaay...I think I know.

The match is tomorrow.

Ahem Blush

FloofenHoofen · 23/02/2019 09:01

For anyone who would like free shares, you can cash out straight away.

Annnd Appen got back to me, my account will be created within the next week so looks like I finally be able to start soon!

Numptysod · 23/02/2019 18:57

Got appen and applied for Nile project - what do you have to do?

Do you get trained up?

Otterses · 23/02/2019 19:47

@Numptysod there's normally quite a bit of information when you apply for projects explaining what you do and what availability you need to join Smile but Nile is rating ads on facebook. There's an 'academy' (no test, don't panic) which explains the guidelines, and weekly audits in the beginning giving feedback.

Remember, they want you to do well! They'll do everything they can to support you.

Crisp tip for the test is that some of the questions have more than one category, i think i did well as am self employed and so thinking about how social media can damage my reputation made a lot of sense.

I also know that they hire in batches so you might not hear for ages and then get an email - i just got lucky and got in fairly quickly

Numptysod · 23/02/2019 20:29

@Otterses must of missed it, I saw availability, but nothing about projects when I applied for it, still awaiting for start date!

duffed · 23/02/2019 20:30

I've got a survey phone interview next week for £100 - came off the back of a standard survey - i think on swagbucks?

Otterses · 24/02/2019 10:00

Ohhh that's good @duffed ! What's the phone interview about?

@Numptysod Aye... you may be waiting a few days Grin ! Does the project say qualification in progress? That means you're still waiting to be accepted into it. Keep checking and apply for every project that comes your way.

There's going to erm, be an added challenge next month for me DS decided to practise climbing on the TV Unit and it gave way. He's absolutely fine! But we'll need a new one pretty quickly to stop him licking the TV

I've seen one I really like (that looks a lot more robust!) for £199. So I want to be making that up in addition to the usual £10 a day.

Going to go charity shop crawling tomorrow and see if I can find anything better. One of the pluses of living on camp is that when people move they tend to donate lots of barely used furniture to the local warehouses and shops

And you say that @leamaria ... but let's see if I win anything first Grin !

@leamaria exactly! It's £100 you didn't have before Grin

Have you had any luck with Appen or Crisp? Or dipped your toe into matched betting yet?

OP posts:
Otterses · 24/02/2019 15:16

https://www.angelfish-opinions.com/current-projects/

There's some easy £100 ones here Smile I don't qualify for any, but may be good for some of you guys.

OP posts:
Alfiemoon1 · 24/02/2019 16:33

Can I join please. I haven’t had time to read the full thread will look later which are the best survey sites and how does match betting work

Otterses · 24/02/2019 16:45

@Alfiemoon1 I'm definitely not the best person to ask shoot surveys! I lack the patience. However if you can commit a few days to online survey panels Angelfish is worth looking at Grin it's market research really. I'm currently doing one about nappies over the next few weeks. They can go £100 + for little work.

I'd recommend reading the Profit accumulator guide and signing up for the free trial (remember to do cashback via Quidco or coupon arbitrage depending on who has the best offer when signing up to the bookies!). If you don't quite get it, try oddsmonkey etc, there's loads of guides out there. It's about finding one that works for you.

There's also the likes of Crisp Thinking and Leapforce - both are worth applying for if you can spare about 15 hours a week.

OP posts:
Otterses · 24/02/2019 16:46

Also, skim the thread for Trading 212 and Football Index. Both are easy money.

mydogisthebest · 24/02/2019 17:22

I started MB on Friday and did my first bet with Coral. All fine and my free bets came through.

Yesterday I did a bet with Betfred but so far no free bet has appeared. Is this normal?

Also I want to download the Team Profit spreadsheet but just can't get it to work. I just get a blank spreadsheet. Any ideas?

Numptysod · 24/02/2019 17:30

I tried crisp got 13, laptop kept choosing it own answers!
