Spongebobette · 31/10/2018 20:40

This is the 44th thread in a long series about the dangers of network marketing/ MLMs such as Forever Living, Ariix, NuSkin, Arbonne, Younique, Valentus, TS Life, and MANY MANY more!
Posts here will give examples of the lies told by 'top bots' who portray luxury lifestyles in order to lure in new victims and of the other techniques and brainwashing used by MLMs
Over 90% of people who join an MLM end up LOSING money. Always bear that in mind when considering paying money to join!

Perhaps she spilt that awful gloop on her keyboard and the caps lock got stuck.

willdoitinaminute · 05/11/2018 19:57

Or a more sinister reason is that people have to stop and work out what it says rather than scrolling past when her posts appear on their feed.

It's probably something to do with wearing out her comma button from overuse

Ladiva1971 · 05/11/2018 20:45

What's a BIGO PORT UNITY? Makes no sense Confused

Teddy1970 · 05/11/2018 20:45

It looks ridiculous!

cozietoesie · 05/11/2018 21:16

Maybe it means something to the 'faithful'.

willdoitinaminute · 05/11/2018 21:42

How can you be a best selling author when your only book is not on sale yet?

SSDGM · 05/11/2018 21:58

Through delusion.

Mumof3girlssoontobe4 · 05/11/2018 22:49

Why is yawn called yawn?

9dartfinish2nd · 05/11/2018 23:10

Yes, Companies House is a valuable resource of outing hunbot bullshit. I've discovered a bot who claims to be a top of the pile earner where there's no trace of a LTD company at all. wouldnt be at all surprised if she is not operating as a sole trader either. and also a bot who continues to recruit and appear on stage at events who's LTD company was dissolved. It's sickening.

Paddy1234 · 05/11/2018 23:10

To become a best selling author in there world is as follows :-

  1. Sell the book to all your friends on pre launch at 99p
  2. For a period of 10 seconds you are number one in one of the minority charts on Amazon for example 'pre nauseous psychotic bullshit for the bidding mumpreneur'. (You will need to get all your friends co-ordinated to spend the 99p at exactly the same time)
  3. Go back to number 56790 in the charts when you start selling at normal price but continue to call yourself a best selling author.
Electrascoffee · 06/11/2018 03:06

Paddy 🤣🤣

Norma27 · 06/11/2018 07:54

Mumof3 it was because a while ago someone commented yawn on one of her ‘interior design’ statuses. She went mad, accusing her of bullying and said she was going to complain to the person’s employer.
From one of the biggest bullies in mlm!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 06/11/2018 08:31

If it wasn't for the fact that the poor woman (who should have been given a medal) had to lock down her FB account to escape Yawn's minions baying for her to be fired from her job for being less than worshipful to their idol, the whole thing was hilarious.

Yawn set herself up as a plucky survivor of bullying and was booked to give an inspirational speech at her kids' school on beating the bullies. Quite remarkable, especially as this was all on a Saturday...

9dartfinish2nd · 06/11/2018 10:02

They tried to get the woman fired? nothing culty about that behaviour whatsoever.

Surprised they didn't do a facebook live waterboarding as well.

Mumof3girlssoontobe4 · 06/11/2018 10:52

That's awful Shock hate the way all those dedicated to their mlm call someone a bully when they say something that's not positive or complimentary to their "business" I said a while back in here I was briefly involved in FLP and very quickly realised what it actually involved and quit, shared a few links on my FB, timeless vie, newspaper articles etc about the con that is MLM next thing I'm being threatened with legal action from my former "upline" ConfusedHmm apparently I "slandered her business" not likely when I never even named her personally!

ArbunneHun · 06/11/2018 11:07

@Mumof - and any other ex FL victims - could you PM me? I’m looking for people who will tell their story in a safe, anonymous, guaranteed off-the-record manner to an investigative journalist.

ArbunneHun · 06/11/2018 11:13

R E G A R D I N G the weird spaced capitals: I suspect Yawn has had some training on how to make your posts on FB stand out. Capitalisation is proven to make timeline scrollers pause, BUT ALL CAPS LIKE THIS APPEARS RANTY, SHOUTY AND ANGRY!!!! So, playing with t h e k e r n i n g and adding spaces helps to mitigate that and still capture people’s attention without looking like a furious angry mad person. Same Goes For Capitalising random Words in A Sentance... Makes people Stop And read But doesn’t Make The Poster look as Threatening As All-caps.

JasperRising · 06/11/2018 12:32

That's interesting Arbunne. I assume that is also why you see some people use symbols/other alphabets that look like letters ie: Greek letters so that their 'headline' sentence is readable but looks different? Personally it just makes me skip their posts...

ToowhitToowhoo · 06/11/2018 13:08

I've just noticed that the clothes brand Hush have started to use the S P A C E D O U T C A P I T A L S in their sponsored Facebook adverts....... gave me quite a fright when I thought it was Yawn sponsoring ads!

9dartfinish2nd · 06/11/2018 13:36

Timeless Vie emergency shelter FB page have beautifully called out FL reps re the charity giveaways.

Paddy1234 · 06/11/2018 14:14

I know it's a MLM when I know more about the lives of bots from what they post than I know of my own children!

Inarightpickleandchutney · 06/11/2018 14:15

What’s the story with isagenix? I’m being hounded to sign up by a friends son and I don’t want to!
It’s £250!!! For weight loss shakes!!!

Spongebobette · 06/11/2018 14:27
