The first 5 people who comment 'Botshite' win a free pampering session!

That is indeed an underhand tactic if that's what she's using. Perhaps her Mindset coach suggested it in the recent training session?!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/05/2018 09:22

If it is the case that poor grammar and spelling are part of the professional scammer's toolbox, how come Broke is permanently eponymous?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/05/2018 10:35

Messiah's post is clearly the deluded rambling of a raving and possibly dangerous egomaniac.

In the comments, one of his zealous devotees praises his humility. Irony is officially dead.

Ladiva1971 · 09/05/2018 12:38

Does anyone know the name of the company Brokes' ex is with now?

BSintolerant · 09/05/2018 13:51

Botshite!

Whiterangey I disagree with your comment on the previous thread about the volumising mascara causing eyelashes to look like spiders' legs. It makes them look like pubes - yes - PUBES!!

Speaking of which, I've only got three mentoring spaces left for twenty lucky people to grow their biznizz in my Merkin MLM. PM me huns! 😂

Loving the title of this thread! Grin

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/05/2018 13:55

@Ladiva1971 - It looks like 'Elevate' weight loss coffee, from an MLM called Elevacity.

There is some info on it here:
www.dietspotlight.com/elevate-coffee-review/

Same old shite - unproven claims and a fair few medical concerns.

SSDGM · 09/05/2018 14:55

Broke’s ex hasn’t changed the record then...

And how is someone losing 21lbs in a month ok? Surely if she knows she much about “w(h)ealth” she would know that’s not at all healthy...

FleeBee · 09/05/2018 15:16

Can someone tell me who BradfordBot is please?
I've people springing up with isagenix they are all smashing it with strange powders & shakes.
I can join the team to find out more huns. Anyone else heard of it?

Kathysclown · 09/05/2018 15:37

Isagenix - it's a shake food replacement, marketed at people who do a lot of sport, I think. I know someone who's from the US but living in Germany, and she sells it - she gets it sent to her from the US. A yer or so ago it couldn't be sold/bought in the UK, as she looked into it to see if I could buy some (no idea why she thought I would want it!).

SSDGM · 09/05/2018 16:03

I loathe Isagenix... their bots are particularly passive aggressive when confronted.
They talk about “nutritional cleansing” and “gut health” like it’s even a thing - apparently everything that ails you comes from your guts being all wrong.
It “PRELAUNCHed” in the UK last year but doesn’t seem to have set the bot- World on fire. Ugh.

Dogjustguffed · 09/05/2018 17:02

Particularly underhand post in a FL group page from one of Yawn’s struggling downline:-

Thanks for all the likes so far guys - Little give away for the person who adds the most people to my group i will give you a free lip balm and toothgel :)

So now a couple of her friends are spamming their friends. I would be furious if they did that to me! This bot also has some serious spelling and grammar issues, including introducing her new page with this gem:-

Finaly its done my perminate page 👍💎

Yawn’s Roomie bot describes herself as an Entrapeneur.

To some extent, poor quality marketing like this shows how ill equipped and badly advised these bots really are. The uplines all offer coaching. Real business coaching would have highlighted the need for a business to look professional, with a basic spelling and grammar check as a start. These bots are not supported, they are left to fend for themselves.

cozietoesie · 09/05/2018 17:09

I think they're just copying and pasting from wherever............

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/05/2018 17:44

A quick FB search reveals that a surprisingly large number of people believe the word is 'perminate'...

miffytherabbit1974 · 09/05/2018 19:55

Some of the desperados who were churned through Lifetree World/Valentus etc (often following, and in thrall to, Salon "I'm Not Materialistic" Bot) are currently in a high state of excitation in anticipation of a July conference in Thailand organised by MLM-du jour Organo Fungus Refreshments (or whatever they're called).

At least one bot (often discussed on these threads) has posted up her hotel accommodation booking. It's astonishing that bots are prepared to pay for not only their hotel accommodation, meals, plane tickets and the rest, but also admission to the "convention" itself. As a rough comparison, an "early bird" ticket to just one day - the "general session" of Organo's Convention in Las Vegas would cost two hundred dollars. So, it's not hard to come to a conservative estimate of £750 at the very least for this trip (the cheapest listed price I can find right now for return flights to and from Bangkok to UK are £320+).

Many of these same bots have just returned from a -brainwashing and inculcation- training weekend for the mildew-infused coffee company and it's hard to not conclude they have been sold a very hard sell indeed. But who knows? Give it a few months and they might become Ultra-Platinique-Mega-Mushroom affiliates and prove us all wrong.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 09/05/2018 21:21

I think Yawn is trying a new approach. Her lack of cheque (bolded that in case anyone missed the fact she didn't get a cheque) might have made her rethink things.

Is it possible that she's realised that all the boast posts, all the LOOK AT ME posts, all the I'm spending money as if it's going out of fashion posts, the LOOK AT MY 17th CENTURY THATCH posts, the LOOK AT MY EXPENSIVE CAR posts, the parading of her "perfect family" and pets posts and and so on were not attracting recruits ??

Or has she realised that we're not fooled and were clearly seeing past her bullshit?

Since getting back from Dallas it's been more about FL, her team and the products.

Any thoughts on this?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/05/2018 22:02

@OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny - I think there's a combination of things.

The no cheque thing definitely looms large, in more than one way. It used to be the killer 'look at me' photo opportunity, now gone. The lack of cheque also has day-to-day implications: she is earning much less and realises the flaunting of wealth-signifying expenditure cannot be at the level it was, simply because she can't afford it.

I'm sure that when she gets a chance to, whatever it is will be plastered all over her profile. It will just be less frequent.

I think there is also a realisation that she needs to manage expectations somewhat if she is to have any chance of retaining the new downlines she needs for any length of time (hence the 'couple of hundred pounds extra' a month posts, rather than the 'six-figure income' claims). Many of her current downline will be as shocked as we were about the no cheque situation, which she kept under her hat so well. They will be wondering if the whole thing was perhaps oversold...

There is probably also a need to show that there is a return to basics and hard graft to placate her upline (and Mr FLP UK who will be shitting it), who need results, rather than showboating. Same message to her own downlines.

There is probably also a genuine belief on her part that she needs to return to the fundamentals that worked before to rebuild her crumbling biznis to its former glory.

It's not just Yawn, Uber's new found fondness for emerging people's supper feet is part of the same pattern.

Whether the rocket up their arses has been placed there from above or comes from their own reading of things, or a combination of both, I don't know.

It ain't going to happen though, the forces at work are far greater than she or the rest of the crew in the sinking ship can influence (I am not saying that some of the bots will not get a lucky break, but that any such would be temporary and not affect the final outcome).

miffytherabbit1974 · 09/05/2018 22:11

Could someone be kind enough to let me know privately who Yawnbot is please? I'm really out of the loop.

Many thanks in advance.

Paddy1234 · 09/05/2018 22:14

I think you are so correct, I feel that Mr FLP has 'requested' all the chief bots to focus on recruiting big time. I read that turnover was down from £120m to £50m in one year (not authenticated) and by my reckoning will drop again. The market is dead and the ones at the top have only themselves to blame by a poorly mismanaged marketing get rich quick plan. They think they can stop the slide but the rot set in a long time ago.

Whiterangey · 09/05/2018 22:17

Everyone who posted won an exclusively pamper session with me! Grin Bear

All you have to do is invite 4 friends along to enjoy this fabulous experience and so that if any of your friends are stupid enough to get into this business I can poach them for my downline, right under your nose! HaloHaloHalo Halo

ArbunneHun · 09/05/2018 22:38

Yes, very much less #attractionmarketing and more real life stories of ‘success’ with FL. Different people to showcase how FL can work for individual lifestyle scenarios. No more “look at my amazing home all paid for by the Aloe fairies! You can have this too! Just believe!”

SoftlyCatchyMonkey1 · 09/05/2018 22:49

Woah @paddy that is a huge drop in turnover
No wonder they're shitting themselves!
