Cozie - because the bots are all about showing off and status and Diamond sums up their kind of flashiness. And also because they have no idea about being professional so they come up with these stupid grading levels to make them feel like a real bossbabe

Lizzilondon · 23/12/2017 20:09

How have Valentus bots kept their status triple diamond double diamond etc when sales have diminished. They're still on Facebook boasting them. They're still talking about their car plan bonus. Is trading standards not investigating anymore?!

SSDGM · 23/12/2017 22:05

From what I’ve read today both the Italian Roast And The Brazilian Roast coffees are approved for use in the uk now. Still doesn’t mean they’re selling it legally. Didn’t Gavin From Trading Standards day that the sellers needed a license to sell teas and coffees?

SSDGM · 23/12/2017 22:05

Say, not day!

ToucheEcat · 24/12/2017 10:24

I think that the sellers would need to register the biz as a "food business establishment" www.food.gov.uk/enforcement/codes-of-practice/food-law-code-of-practice-2015/3-2-registration-of-food-business-establishments#toc-1

entrepeneur · 24/12/2017 11:08

Touche- presumably there is quite a cost involved with being a registered food business so I can't see any of the bots getting involved in that.

Here's a funny, yet accurate, view on Bitcoin....... www.facebook.com/awakenwithjp/videos/1968519879830531/

Well. For those that like tulips..............Wink

Lizzilondon · 24/12/2017 15:57

SSDGM I don't think you need a license for powdered coffee, only if you're selling it as a drink like in a cafe.

SpecialAgentDaleCooper · 25/12/2017 12:42

To all of those people working today, who don’t want to be there .... it used to be me !!!

There is another way 😉 (followed by link to her FL website)

Posted today, Christmas Day, by our "not working until the new year" yawnbot ...... oh the irony!

Happy Christmas Xmas Grin

entrepeneur · 25/12/2017 15:21

Merry Crimbo! Just had a look at Yawnbot's website for the first time.

She makes this claim on her site but does anyone have any idea what she means by 'profit share'? Also a blue chip company would offer you sick pay, holiday pay, pension, healthcare and all-expenses paid travel. I really don't think there is any comparison with having them chuck £50 towards a car rental agreement and making you spend all your commission on FL brainwashing seminars in cheap hotels off season!

•	or people like us, looking for significant luxury career incomes, with all the trappings of a large blue chip company such as company car programme, worldwide travel and profit share, helping us drive the company forward in a leadership role

BSintolerant · 25/12/2017 17:03

Yawnbot is working on Christmas Day - despite telling people she has a remedy for such a dreadful predicament. She's banging on about her alleged experience of online bullies, which no longer affects her. Of course it doesn't, which is why she's going on about it ... on Christmas day.

What about the people who are caring for her sick relative today? Is she not grateful to them for their hard work?

Happy Christmas to you all. Xmas Wink

entrepeneur · 25/12/2017 19:45

Holy moly, the lipsense starter kit is "only" £85 for three poxy products. One red lip colour, a gloss you put over it and a remover. Are they having a fucking laugh? Not sure if the pic attaches the info is all on PoshMakeUpBot's FB page!

ArbunneHun · 25/12/2017 20:06

LipSense is ridiculous money. Just stupid. How anyone can possibly sell trashIly packaged non-brand lipsticks at more than Tom Ford prices is beyond me.

entrepeneur · 25/12/2017 20:16

How does the pricing of Lipsense compare to Arbonne, FL etc? This day & evening moisturiser is usually £110. That's just insane money - they obviously aren't spending any dosh on the packaging design so the crazily inflated price can only be to line the pockets of the topbots. Plus they have made up some bullshit ingredient called Seneplex complex and made that their USP

Yawnbot's not working but working post was hilarious yesterday!!!!

xenu1 · 26/12/2017 09:56

The FTC (US) has bottled the issue, but TINA (TruthInAdvertising) has an indepth investigation of the MLM frauds: (hat tip: www.quackwatch.org)

www.truthinadvertising.org/mlm-income-claims-investigation/

"a review of 32 income disclosure statements that TINA.org was able to dig up for current DSA member companies revealed that more than 80 percent of distributors grossed less than $1,200 annually or less than $100 per month before expenses. And for about half of these companies, the disclosures indicate that the majority of distributors made no money at all." note that expenses will be high (seminars anyone?)

The Direct Selling Association (DSA) is a cover-up for the "industry"

Apologies, wrong link. This is the Financial Freedom one (all the times MLMs use the cliche. only 1.5 minutes and I think FL is in there as well :)

entrepeneur · 26/12/2017 10:17

Xenu- financial freedom is just around the corner for most bots I.e. They repeat it like a mantra to attract it into their lives but the reality is that most MLM companies will go bust and leave them with unpaid commission. Hardly the financial freedom they dream of but if they say it enough times...

Tw1nsetAndPearls · 26/12/2017 13:54

Yawnbot is giving £500 to one of her customers. How can she afford to do that?

Whiterangey · 26/12/2017 14:29

If Valentus coffee is now legal to sell in the UK that leads me to believe that the formulation change that led to it becoming legal means it now has no 'special weight loss formulation' in it and is just normal coffee. Likely equivalent to the cheapest coffee you can buy in a supermarket.

Is there an ingredient list anywhere?

SpecialAgentDaleCooper · 26/12/2017 15:47

Re: £500 - it's not just Yawnbots customers that can win it, it's all of her downlines customers too.

I've no idea how many bots their are in the Diamond Group but £500 is probably a mere drop in the ocean if it encourages all the bots to sell a few more C9 at nearly £100 a pop.

ReformedBot · 26/12/2017 15:57

Yawnbot may have gotten her Managers to chip in too. That's what happens in the #eaglesteam for their big giveaways. 3 C9s sold were probably by her team rather than her. It also shows she IS working today - checking in and motivating team; but you all knew that anyway!!
