GCC is/was a combination 3D printing & crypto MLM (no seriously... don’t laugh!). So scheme members are encouraged to spend £ thousands on pretty basic 3D printers and told that 3D print technology is the future and they’ll be able to make a fortune by printing for people. Sleaze put a few speculative posts about his printer on design and engineering forums. As far as I know, it hasn’t been used once in the 6 months since they bought it.

I think it would have been all over their social media if they had successfully used it, don’t you?

I thought I would try and find out about the mining - I had to dig deep through endless Bots posting about it and responding with "PMed you" but I eventually came across this:

I couldn't find much on it apart from press reports but it appears that you can "buy" access to the computer power and algorithms allowing you to mine your own crypto. How this fits within an MLM I'm not sure but it is an MLM as Wig keeps yammering on about an insane comp plan.

Mining = blockchaintechnology. Computers with huge amounts of processing power create block chains by solving increasingly complicated algorithms.

Interestingly (but not surprisingly) - to my knowledge, not one of the crypto ponzi/MLMs claiming to mine has been able to prove that they are mining. On the other hand, USI has been proven to be lying about mining capabilities on several occasions.

@entrepeneur - long story! He has developed a "hotspot" on his back and the vet put a medical vest on him yesterday as last time he was "coned" and kept in he smashed the cat flap. He managed to disappear as soon as we got back from the vet and returned 7 hours later minus the vest before disappearing again all night! I think someone must have actually removed the vest...
Anyway he came back at about 11 this morning, I'm putting steroid cream on the hotspot and we're monitoring it 🙀 The bloody vest cost me £30!
