Can you tell me about Utility Warehouse. Would love to have a normal conversation with my friend again that's not all about how she's 'rocking her biz'

SSDGM · 02/07/2017 23:40

Re Noflatbot and his North Face attire:

He's a Stone Cold Hustler, baby, so he needs all the weatherproof stuff they sell to warm him up a bit.

(It's cold walking from the pub at night when you don't have a car or money for a taxi)

cozietoesie · 02/07/2017 23:47

Thanks, Sponge. Smile

cozietoesie · 02/07/2017 23:54

I think this is one to have a look at Botwatchblog for, Summer. They have a mention of that organisation in their 'Directory of MLM Information'. Moreover, they also have some useful pieces to read when you have eg a friend or relative who has 'found' Multi Level Marketing. (Just scroll down a bit when you open the link and have a read. Smile)

Lots of luck.

Moose23 · 03/07/2017 00:00

Thanks SSDGM! Makes sense now. North Face is definitely the best attire for flatbot and his activities!

JaniceBattersby · 03/07/2017 15:01

Hmmm. Noflatpossiblealcoholdependantbot still had his kids late last night. Could it be he is kipping on the sofa at his ex's place? 🤔

Sean1984 · 03/07/2017 21:05

I dont want to say what I do for a living, but I work in a job where I get to see peoples accounts,, had a guy last week he was paying €119 a month to JP , "continuous authority" taken thru visa debit card. Dont know if he was a bot or a buyer!!!! Crazy amount of money to be spending every month on this over priced shite

Spongebobette · 03/07/2017 21:09

Sean could that be one of those 'autoship' arrangements?

You can buy your way to 'promotions' that way I think?

Sponge - Thank you for starting a new Dirty Thirty Thread. Is it powered by Utility Whorehouse or Valentus Fukcoffee? Grin

Sean1984 · 03/07/2017 21:16

Well whatever it was for exactly he wanted to put a stop to it,was paying it for 5 months. I'd say he was roped into buying the stuff!!!!

SSDGM · 03/07/2017 21:24

JP got themselves into a whole heap of trouble for taking money they shouldn't and the bots who sold the products to customers in the first place very often washed their hands of all involvement.

Thats a bit shocking ,that someone took a visa debit card no thru a facebook message and the person did not advise it was a subscription or continuous authority!! Be very carefull people where u enter ur visa debit card n.o online, things like free trials, might be free for one month, but then you cant cancelled it,and the money comes out anyway, dispute ur best efforts to cancel it!!they will usually get away with one payment, and its ur fault for handing over ur n.o and not reading the terms and conditions. www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0101-free-trial-offers

Spongebobette · 03/07/2017 22:13

Ah Sean but it's all worth it when you are rewarded with a lovely meme and a post from your upline saying you have 'smashed a promotion'

OP posts:
Sean1984 · 03/07/2017 22:21

Absolutely. You might even get to walk on a stage holding a big plastic cheque.!!!!
