They'll need them- I could only find 1 photo of a room and the curtains were drawn- scary!

Does anyone know if managers over a certain level get their flights upgraded to a Business or First class or would they have to pay that themselves?

bearbehind · 12/04/2016 21:36

They'll need them- I could only see 1 photo inside a room and it was a long way from luxury- plus the curtains were closed!

Does anyone know if managers over a certain level get Business or first class upgrades or would they be paying for that themselves - much boasting about going Business class next week.

bearbehind · 12/04/2016 21:39

Sorry- thought the last post had disappeared!

cozietoesie · 12/04/2016 22:08

I'm anticipating Part 2 of the new Timeless Vie Blog Post. Perhaps future posts might address those very issues, bear, as increasing numbers of people come forward. Who can tell? Smile

Patzy85 · 12/04/2016 22:40

Bear - that's just for the 'lucky' 2.5k qualifiers. Wonder where the lower bots are staying?

gottaloveascamhun · 12/04/2016 23:00

I just comnented a link to tiimeless vie on an advert for life tree world. 66 'more info please' comments. Naughty step for me :)

throwingpebbles · 12/04/2016 23:06

There is a good story about the ostensible success of up lines on eyespyings blog

Needless to say it is another story of smoke and mirrors and debt

Twunk · 12/04/2016 23:30

Congratulations Tiimeless Vie and thanks to the brave informant for the latest blog post.

Been looking at some Bots pages this evening. Bloody hell it is depressing. Lots of quite frankly ludicrous claims about green tea (which is at least more palatable than aloe Vera, though interestingly simply drinking the stuff isn't as beneficial as taking a capsule - who'd have thunk it?).

DollyTwat · 12/04/2016 23:32

Ok I've done a bit of research. If you go in the mysupermarket site you can out a list of items and it will compare with all the big supermarkets

So I put this list in:

Daz
Fabreze
Airwick 240ml
Mr Sheene 300ml
Harpic 750ml
Cling Film 25m
Vanish 450ml
Weetabix 24
Carnation Evaporated Milk
Basmati Rice 2kg
Pudding Rice 500g
Dove Cream Beauty 4 pack
Palmolive 4 Pack
Palmolive Hand Wash
Heinz Beans 4 Pack

Sainsbury £22.80
Tree Life World £32.65

That's a LOT more for just those items isn't it.

Twunk · 12/04/2016 23:34

That is a MASSIVE difference

And with Sainsbos you get nectar points, convenience and range!

DollyTwat · 13/04/2016 00:13

so if you just bought the items above, you'd have spent £10 more than you could

Then to get your commission you have to have 6 people (?) below you doing the same

Let's say that's per week, that already £70 a week everyone's been over charged. You then get £200 in commission, which is just your own money back again with £80 going to the company. Plus the £35 you spent to join. It also assumes you did that straight away, rather than buying your shopping for a few weeks whilst trying to get your 6 people

Miney am I way off here? How will you make money? Surely you're just getting a bit back from what you've been over charged

BSintolerant · 13/04/2016 00:18

Timeless Vie's post is excellent. Thank you to the former Forever Living manager for blowing the whistle. Whoever you are, I hope you feel better for sharing your story: you're helping a lot of people by doing so. Smile

DollyTwat · 13/04/2016 00:27

The TV article is very good, I really want to read the rest of the story. It has an all too familiar feel doesn't it, so many people saying the same thing.

prettyusefulsometimes · 13/04/2016 00:39

The false expectation of future reward !!!!!!!!

Thanks, I think, to MinecraftyMum for outlining, as they understand it, LTW. Are these MLM participants sent here to stress test the thread?

I'm optimistic that some of the brand names being pedalled would cut off supplies if they knew what was going on.
This whole "Tescos et al aren't doing it for charity, you're all part of a pyramid scheme man, 40:40:20 something or other" part of the script touted by all of the MLM participants here and everywhere. Yes, it isn't an entirely fair business model but Tescos et al employ staff, contribute to National Insurance, pension schemes, training, Health and Safety, insurance, R and D, involve a vast network of other businesses around the world etc etc etc. But then your 'old self' knows that.

I have every loyalty card going - nectar card did a good double up last week. I had my free coffee in Waitrose this morning. I get specific extra points on my usual shop in several stores. By the time I run out of my usual cleaning products/toiletries they're usually on offer again. So why would I join LTW - oh yeah to recruit others with the false expectation of future reward

BTW Sainsburys are stopping their Brand Match scheme in a couple of weeks.

throwingpebbles · 13/04/2016 07:49

that's exactly it dolly lots of people overpaying massively for their grocery shop in the hope of "future rewards" enabled LTW to pay a few people bonuses.... I can only imagine it takes a while for someone to find 6 more people who are also prepared to over pay for their groceries, and all the time they are recruiting they are chucking money at LTW and getting boxes of overpriced yazoo in return

Annie65 · 13/04/2016 07:56

Excellent post Last, Im looking forward to reading the next chapter. A big thank you to the ex Fl manager, you are very brave for sharing your story. I have a family member in fl and she is still assistant superviser after a year, I imagine she is getting a lot of "you arnt trying hard enough" and" keep buying the mind-set books". I know she is working her backside off, but she is not ready yet to listen to reason, so I am biding my time. Well done for seeing the light and for coming out the other side. I admire everyone who has done this.Smile

SuffolkNWhat · 13/04/2016 08:32

Is it actually true that Holland & Barrett and Boots have approached Juice Plus about selling their products in their stores? I'd be surprised as they are unregistered with the MHRA or THF.

throwingpebbles · 13/04/2016 09:06

Would be good to ask boots / H&B for a comment on that.... Grin

Melaw21 · 13/04/2016 09:08

Wow! The latest Tiimeless vie post is astonishing! Brave lady... Thank you for coming forward I will certainly be checking in later for part 2.

Twunk oh, how I wish I could expose on here the green tea womans mindblowing health claims and subsequent threatening/vulgar responses to those who disagreed/objected. (Sadly MN wont allow me to expose her public post or name)
What I will/can say, is she is a NU Skin distributor.

dolly

Great post!

throwingpebbles · 13/04/2016 09:32

You could forward it to timeless tho melaw ....

cozietoesie · 13/04/2016 10:02

Will Bot Watch also accept spurious health claims?

throwingpebbles · 13/04/2016 10:34

Yes definitely cozie should have said that too, think both TV and Bot watch are interested in that one!

Melaw21 · 13/04/2016 10:47

Throwing the recipient of this vulgarity has now done so, thank you !! 👍

throwingpebbles · 13/04/2016 11:26

Brill 😆😆😆 I am sure our cult MLM leaders will work their magic and write something to expose the nastiness that goes on
