I live near Nieuwegein! Sadly I'm away this weekend

powertotheparslaii · 09/03/2016 21:11

I think EMpower is the scariest one I've come across so far.

I can't believe the parents were so brain washed they didn't seek medical help for their son. That poor baby.

cubic absolutely right!!! Drives me nuts!

crumpetsfortea37 · 09/03/2016 21:31

And I would like to know how many bots in the uk earn a real £50k after all expenses.

It is all smoke and mirrors and "managers" and "ccs" and other garbage - it is not profit and it is not (in most cases) a business.

darceybussell · 09/03/2016 21:33

Also, they seem to take their biggest ever pay cheque, multiply it by 12 and claim that's what they earn.

acatcalledjohn · 09/03/2016 21:36

Twunk, are you Dutch?

acatcalledjohn · 09/03/2016 21:51

How does that work for some of the diddy cheques handed out in Wales earlier this year? Didn't RG get one for £70? That would take a hell of a lot of multiplying to reach a reasonable salary Grin

Has anyone else noticed that almost all FLP stuff has disappeared from RG's business page?

crumpetsfortea37 · 09/03/2016 21:52

darcy absolutely right. Let alone info from previous threads about the big "cheques" not being real "cashable" money or awards for work done (as in real j.o.b.s) but rather a promise of what you might get if you keep up the good work.

Can any ex-bots explain how, and when you get your own team name (Eagles, Believe etc) and how the system works? Two of my bots (husband and wife) have their own team. They've only been going for a couple of years and, although they appear on those weird lists of top managers in the Forever brochures, their downline doesn't seem to be more than about 100 bots. At what point do you move from being in someone else's team to having your own team name?

smiinky · 09/03/2016 21:57

and the little cheques from abroad are pointless, you'll lose money on exchanging them. They get such a rubbish deal, they don't even get paid by international bank transfer in sterling, they get these shitty cheques.

smiinky · 09/03/2016 21:59

Not sure you can move team? Think you stay in the team that your upline has? The team names are another thing that make me convinced that this is obviously a game and not a real business. What real business would put people in teams? We had 'houses' in high school, but teams in businesses? Naaaah.

Slugsandcabbages · 09/03/2016 22:08

I think it's up to you when you feel you have enough peoe in your downline to give your team a name without it seeming silly. I think it tends to tie in with reaching a certain level in the marketing plan but not sure it's set in stone. So you get added to all of your "up" teams usually. My upline doesn't have a named team yet, but then my first upline manager has a team with a name, then her upline manager has one and then I'm part of the Eagles team which is in turn part of the Power team.

cozietoesie · 09/03/2016 22:09

It's a 'ritual'. People respond well to rituals.

British - but have lived in NL 8 years Smile

Annie65 · 09/03/2016 22:42

Xenu, sorry just caught up Grin. Its £15 for 1 day. They also have one in June, if you buy for the 2 days together its £25. I was wondering who the guest is, they are apparently selling marketing "tools" to help the poor buggers who are struggling. "TOOLS" is an apt word methinks.#Toolsandtossers.

cozietoesie · 09/03/2016 22:49

How many people are going?

cozietoesie · 09/03/2016 22:51

And I'll assume that the 'tools' are nearly all pure profit - wonder how many people will be queuing up to buy those at whatever price they're set at?

bettyberry · 09/03/2016 22:59

Finally caught up again!

Annie65 · 09/03/2016 23:06

Not sure how many are going. It will no doubt be announced over the weekend. Just another expense my family member is forking out for, again!Sad

NameChangeEr · 09/03/2016 23:14

Seriously, they don't even get to cash their cheques, but they are a promise of earnings??
Has anyone got some good info on this, think it would make a great timeless vie post.

acat did you notice how in that prayer picture, it was posted in high Wycombe? On the day that is supposed to be her day off for her child, when she a few hours earlier posted that she was with him at home, a few hours drive away? So she was away from home but emplying she was spending all day with him. Also someone posted on one thread that they'd seen her son today (all about the child day) in her works cafe for lunch. Not that she had seen the bot, just her child. On the one child centered day a week.

Makes me so mad when they say its all about the child.

Other posts include updates like pancake day etc, clearly taken in daycare/grandparents house. Not a shiney white, tiled un child friendly house.

Would also love WWW to be publicised for what it is.

LeanneBattersby · 09/03/2016 23:16

Thanks slugs. So, a bit of smoke and mirrors then?

I'd totally start my own team with just me in it. Attraction marketing, innit? I'd post things like "had such a good giggle at the sizzle with all my bezzies yesterday". Go Team Uno #bossbabes

throwingpebbles · 10/03/2016 06:47

eyes - a relative of the child then?
