FLhahaha - Melaw21 said it best - I am tenacious!

Aloedofcrap · 01/03/2016 14:41

chimps to a certain extent I can see where you are coming from.

Working in sales, which is often heavily targeted isn't easy and not everyone can hack it! However sales professionals working in the corporate world are still paid a basic salary, have employment rights, holiday pay etc. Whenever I have applied for a sales job that advertises OTE say of £50k I expect to see proof from the company that this is indeed achievable and every company I have asked has always been happy to back it up by showing turnover, profit, growth analysis etc.

MLM offer their sales force no basic salary or employment rights and offer no proof that the OTE they are claiming are in fact achievable. They refuse to provide accurate truthful figures to back up their claims.

I dont know how to set up a new thread? Can someone who does do it Asap?? 😬😬😬😬

sminkypink · 01/03/2016 14:48

and MLMs teach people to believe in batshit things like this. I think eye calls them 'fairy stories' same thing....

workingwithchimps · 01/03/2016 14:48

Aloedofcrap - MLM is not a job - don't expect basic pay, sick pay or any benefits - whichever company you are in - you won't find any! - You are simply given the opportunity if you so please to run your own shitz - with help of course - you are shown a proven system - if it works for you great - if not then like I said before - move on - same as if you were in a job that wasn't working for you. My words may appears harsh - but in my experience whilst in the corporates - you are treated no better - and nobody ever had your back - at least in MLM you have a chance to help those that want to be helped and want to do something in life.

FLhahaha · 01/03/2016 14:49

Tenacious is certainly a good attribute for a sales person. Do you tell every person you recruit that they need to be tenacious? Do you select people for recruiting by choosing only the people you think will do it best?

sminkypink · 01/03/2016 14:50

mlm isn't a job or a business, it's a game. Money is defrauded from investors and is moved around.

sminkypink · 01/03/2016 14:51

whoops wrong link - L.O.A. bullshit

'you are shown a proven system'

Yes it is certainly is proven: proven not to work for effectively 100% of all the countless millions of persons who have been deceived into paying- through-the-nose to follow it by jargon-spouting 'MLM' shill Bots like workingwithchimps - who possibly is getting a kick back from this advance fee fraud, herself.

Despite the fact that the 'MLM' system can never work, recruits are told that it will only work for those who never quit and tenaciously keep following it, and who also keep paying-through-the-nose to develop a '100% positive mindset'.

This is just more, 100% predictable, scripted 'MLM' BS, babble and white noise from workingwithchimps and her unseen 'Mindset' handlers.

Melaw21 · 01/03/2016 15:00

Link above folks! Think I managed it? 😬😬😬

cubic I was the same, should have explained that better. It wasn't over 1 month of just shelling out £1000, it was over time, paying for trainings, travel, books, audible, company and group websites, fairs, extra products (after all how do recommend something if you haven't tried it?) postage on every order I put through, drinking the aloe every month oh and then making sure I got 4cc if I didn't manage to recruit.

rayofhope · 01/03/2016 15:07

I can see how it's similar to a sales job, but the sales company covers your expenses and doesn't expect you to shell out your own money every month :/

Eyespying · 01/03/2016 15:12

CubicZirconiaBossyBabe The golden rule of all casino owners and managers is 'Keep the Punter Playing,' because even if the punter wins, because the odds always slightly favour the casino, eventually the punter will almost invariably lose.

The 'MLM' game has been rigged so that it is totally impossible for punters to win overall, but 'MLM' punters are deprived of the evidence that effectively no previous punter has ever won, and they constantly peddled the illusion that they will all be all winners, provided they duplicate a proven system, keep bringing in more players and never quit playing themselves.
