Rayofhope - I have no reason to post what I earn - here or anywhere else, it's none of anyone else's business - I hope that answers your question..

rayofhope · 01/03/2016 11:07

Chimps how does that answer my questions? I wasn't the one who said anything about her personal appearance. But again you're avoiding the questions..........

rayofhope · 01/03/2016 11:08

You could always answer the other questions.......

How many in your team have left the business?
How many have actually lost money?

cozietoesie · 01/03/2016 11:08

My instinct tells me that it would be a mortal blow - what with the Internet and all, which they clearly don't understand.

workingwithchimps · 01/03/2016 11:09

Rayofhope - You have posted nothing to discourage any of it... therefore you are as guilty as all the rest....

bossbabebot · 01/03/2016 11:11

is anybody interested in what i earn? i am self employed - i run my own business. i dont sell stuff IYKWIM - i sell a service.

before tax and all the stuff i can claim against tax - £30,000

there - dead easy - i have nothing to hide....that is real pounds too -no Mickey Mouse money- simples

so Chimps....come on....

Eyespying · 01/03/2016 11:11

Predictably, workingwithchimps is still pretending moral and intellectual authority. She now says:

'I don't really care re the MLM discussion - as it's not really a discussion - just an opportunity to slam individuals and companies - whilst talking out of our backsides - it makes no odds as the companies will survive no matter how much people think they are making a point...... irreverent ......like I said....'

Assuming this wasn't a malapropism, 'irreverent' is a highly revealing choice of word to employ to describe free-thinking individuals challenging the authenticity of the 'MLM' fairy story:

not showing the expected respect for official, important, or holy things.

workingwithchimps · 01/03/2016 11:14

Eyespying - please read my earlier comments regarding mindless crap.....

workingwithchimps · 01/03/2016 11:15

Bossbabebot - good work - contributing to the economy, nice to see!

lazycoo · 01/03/2016 11:16

Don't feed the troll.

bossbabebot · 01/03/2016 11:16

i have shown you mine..

why all the secrecy?

rayofhope · 01/03/2016 11:18

So I'm meant to stick up for them? No, it would be worse if I was joining in, but I wouldn't do that. I however stick to the facts about the business.

I've lost over £1000 trying to make this business work, following all the plans, goal boards, volume mapping, supporting my small team, doing fairs, going on all the online trainings, reading buying the mindset books and audio files to make it a success but clearly it's my fault I'm not as successful as you.

I only wish I'd come across these threads before I joined. And if my input stops even one person from joining, then I'm glad I'm telling my side.

Patzy85 · 01/03/2016 11:20

This time being discredited as cyber bullies, last time it was tantamount to racism.... Doesn't change the fact that the bot in question lies to manipulate and con people.

crazycatlady26 · 01/03/2016 11:20

How do I view the new blog post that's protected? Can someone pm me please, thank you

ambler21 · 01/03/2016 11:20

Chimps. You asked that we read our posts back to understand the tone. I respectfully ask you to do the same.

Eyespying · 01/03/2016 11:21

I would draw workingwithchimps attention to the Fraud Act 2006 (sections 2, 3 & 4)

2. Fraud by false representation

(1)A person is in breach of this section if he—

(a)dishonestly makes a false representation, and

(b)intends, by making the representation—

(i)to make a gain for himself or another, or

(ii)to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.

(2)A representation is false if—

(a)it is untrue or misleading, and

(b)the person making it knows that it is, or might be, untrue or misleading.

(3)“Representation” means any representation as to fact or law, including a representation as to the state of mind of—

(a)the person making the representation, or

(b)any other person.

(4)A representation may be express or implied.

(5)For the purposes of this section a representation may be regarded as made if it (or anything implying it) is submitted in any form to any system or device designed to receive, convey or respond to communications (with or without human intervention).

3. Fraud by failing to disclose information

A person is in breach of this section if he—
(a)dishonestly fails to disclose to another person information which he is under a legal duty to disclose, and

(b)intends, by failing to disclose the information—

(i)to make a gain for himself or another, or

(ii)to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.

4. Fraud by abuse of position

(1)A person is in breach of this section if he—

(a)occupies a position in which he is expected to safeguard, or not to act against, the financial interests of another person,

(b)dishonestly abuses that position, and

(c)intends, by means of the abuse of that position—

(i)to make a gain for himself or another, or

(ii)to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.

(2)A person may be regarded as having abused his position even though his conduct consisted of an omission rather than an act.

Eyespying · 01/03/2016 11:28

Perhaps workingwithchimps can tell us why, if she is not the unwitting victim and perpetrator of a criminal deception (as defined by the Fraud Act, 2006), she doesn't know, and has, therefore, never disclosed the true loss/churn rate for the so-called 'FLP MLM income opportunity' to any of the many persons whom she has recruited into it, by pretendng to have made lots of money from it?

sminkypink · 01/03/2016 11:34

That fraud act; from all of our research for timeless vie, I could probably give several examples for each point that you've listed up there, Eyes.
It's pretty damning.

JoolsSchmools · 01/03/2016 11:41

Oh and it turns out the same person messaged her days after my niece was born trying to recruit again. She told her then she wasn't interested.
Some people have no shame.
So pleased for those of you who managed to escape.

Lovewineandchocs · 01/03/2016 11:42

cozie

The Irish bot stars who recently jumped ship to Ariix appear to have taken about 50 FL people with them-some previously in their downline, some not. Strangely, a few of them seem to have planned the move together whilst on FL's Eagle Managers retreat last year in Cancun Smile having looked at a few of their FB pages they have all put up similar videos stating that FL taught them that their future lay in network marketing, they had learned so much, made amazing friends etc but now it's time for new beginnings, getting in early and seeing the great opportunity that is Ariix. Not sure if they got together and developed a common script but all v similar Hmm

Eyespying · 01/03/2016 11:45

sminkypink This workingwithchimps character clearly hasn't got the beginnings of clue what she has been involved in. She still doesn't comprehend that the usual verbal tricks to dodge questions, won't work in the face of well-informed, calm challengers. Notice how offensive she is towards me, but I am actually on her side and politely trying to confront her with external reality

Any barrister armed with the right questions would tear this inflexible 'MLM' shill Bot to shreds in a courtroom, but if she were to face reality, then she could be one of the main prosecution witnesses.

MyBoysHaveDogsNames · 01/03/2016 11:48

Have just had an email inviting me to a Business Networking Event! From a customer of mine asking me along to her business group event - run by a 'chapter' of BNI UK.

Seems an innocuous networking (as in usual networking) event initially but the invitation was weirdly vague. Then linked to facebook and scrolled down and it talks about 'getting the most out of the membership, understanding the best way to present your business and attracting the right type of referrals that result in the business you're looking for.

Thanks to reading this, this rang alarm bells!

Also, for a member 'passing on the highest value work in the group, xxxx xxxx has been awarded with this month's "Notable Networker (I took out his name).

I replied to my customer saying it was interesting and was there a joining fee. She replied saying I should just come along and it was £10 to come to breakfast! And there was a joining fee. I asked again how much - no answer yet.

It's quite subtle - only a few superhappy posts and it looks as if it could be of benefit to business owners. My customer is trying to build up her own business and obviously thinks this will help. Concerned about the amount of time and cash this may drain her of though.

Will keep watching.

sminkypink · 01/03/2016 11:52

Oh how annoying myboys Being a small business owner myself, I get these from time to time via Linked In. I also remember the time we got invited to a meeting with a 'financial advice company.' It turned out to be a landbanking scam. Oh my those suits were shiny.
There are sharks everywhere you look, these days. .

Toobusytowee · 01/03/2016 11:55

Eyes, thanks for the info on the Fraud Act 2006. That will come in handy for my analysis of bot recruitment posts.

Incidentally, does anyone have a screengrab of any good (bad) ones?

NickAngel · 01/03/2016 11:55

I love that the EC FB post from 27th Feb says she's been meeting with fellow world leaders.
Wow.
