If she is still assistant supervisor she wouldn't get any percentage of money from the downline's CCs, but she can count them towards her business CCs. It's weird that the downline did 5 but your SIL only had 8 business. Supposing she means 8 are from her downline and 7 are her own (whether personal use or not, as products for others are often put through on your own ID) that would be very roughly £1400 when VAT is taken off and she would get 35% of that, which would be about £490 I think. That was probably her best month yet though, it doesn't happen very often that you would get 7CCs of pure sales. If you took off 1CC supposing it was all her own money she spent, she would have made around £420-but probably spent a lot of it on success day, promotional material and mindset bks, not to mention the postage charges.

Thanks lovewine, didnt know you had to pay postage, but doesnt really surprise me. She needs to get another 10 cc's this month to get to supervisor. Will be surprised if she does it. I thought she got 5% of her downlines cc's, but when I read the policy again its 5% for the bonus's they get. She said it was her best month on fb, she sold 5 cleanse 9, but that wont happen all the time. She will be after recruiting.

annie did your SIL recruit anyone last month? 10 is doable, if she recruits and does her 4cc then that's only 6cc needed from 3-5 team members in that month. But if say, she does the 10cc this month, only 2 months can count towards promotion cc's ie Jan/Feb Feb/March etc so say she does 10 in Feb to get to her next level (assistant manager) she will need to do 65cc in March.

That's quite a leap for a new supervisor if you don't have massive momentum. This is where you find a lot of people drop out as they find it hard to recruit, do their 4cc's and keep their newbie team mates doing their cc's too.

It can all fall apart really quickly and your SIL could find herself a supervisor and having to start over again (hope that makes sense)

She then HAS to do the 4cc at supervisor to get paid on any downline. Please, if you speak to her, tell her not to start buying in stock to get the 4cc, this is where people can get into trouble.

Personally, I wouldn't feel empowered as much as exhausted. I've had so many training days in my time, that the mere sight of a post-it note on a board is enough to make me reach for the gin.

Ray, yes I know she recruited 1 person last month as she put it on fb. As far as I know she only has 3 in her downline, maybe 4. She has stayed as Assistant Supervisor for 10 months now, so I think she is going to get desperate in the next few months. I will try to talk to her if she will listen, but she thinks Im a negative since she asked me at the beginning if I wanted to join and I said "no". Thanks for that Ray.
