Quite last if they try and take legal action I would just be inclined to round up lots of ex-bots and encourage them to take group action against FL for fraud etc. quite a lot of law firms have great success in funding and fighting group actions like these. I can think of several that would be very interested and wouldn't seek funds up front

And the media would definitely sit up and pay attention then ...

Notice how the 'MLM' jargon is still there: 'Sponsor', 'Upline', 'Downline,' etc.

BTW, following on from yesterday's revelations about the former UK Shadow Business Minister being used to promote 'MLM' racketeering, I contacted the offices of more than one UK Shadow Minister today. I had a cosy little chat with some very astute individuals, one of whom observed that it all sounded very much like that weird lot that Tom Cruise is involved with.

In the past, when I began to complain about 'Amway' to certain UK MPs (and the 'Amway' mob got wind of this), the MP's offices were suddenly bombarded with poison pen letters trying to portray me as a puerile fantasist involved in a financial vendetta with my brother, an 'Amway Business Owner.'

Someone tried to get funding for a mlm on the american dragons den.

Someone also tried to pitch Lyoness on the canadian one. It starts at 25 mins in.

Gimlet1984 The main 'Lyoness' Bot Watchers recovered this video and re-posted it after it mysteriously got withdraw. It has appeared on these threads before. When you watch this presentation you have to ask yourself how the f has this obvious fraud managed to succeed in escaping closure in several countries (including Norway, Austria and Australia) after being investigated by regulators?
