Bit worse than that Teddy...

Eyespying · 22/01/2016 20:11

Teddy1970

'Shill' is American slang for one of a crew of con-artists who is used to lure victims into frauds (particular rigged gambling games like the 3 card trick or shell game) by pretending to be an ordinary everyday guy in the crowd who keeps winning or (sometimes) losing.

Eyespying · 22/01/2016 20:20

Teddy1970 Many people (particularly in the US) have observed that 'MLM' rackets are very much like rigged, street, card games, but played out on a vast scale.

Teddy1970 · 22/01/2016 20:23

Thanks everyone, I did wonder.

Who are the aloe science council? Confused It sounds a little made up. Grin

MrGrumpy01 · 22/01/2016 23:34

Oh my goodness it is real (dreadful, virtually unreadable website though)

Toobusytowee · 23/01/2016 00:11

Mrgrumpy, I looked into them. The board are made up of people from companies that sell aloe vera. Rex maughn/ Vaughn (whatever his name is- head of FL) is an honorary member.

Look at the section on the aloe science website at their bookshop. You can spend over $500 dollars there on learning how to market aloe vera.

They have a news bit and a science publication bit but there is not one article there showing how aloe vera is good for anything.

The whole thing is just a marketing scam.

Fintan · 23/01/2016 00:19

It may be real, Grumpy but just take a look at the names and organisations of the board and executive committee members Wink

Fintan · 23/01/2016 00:20

X posted with wee !

Eyespying · 23/01/2016 08:34

Toobusytowee- The coroprate fronts for virtually every major 'MLM' racket have been paid up members of so-called 'Direct Selling Associations.'

Have you looked at who actually has financed and controlled the so-called 'World Federation of Direct Selling Associations?'

www.wfdsa.org/press/index.cfm?fa=show_release&Document_id=816

Now take a look at these 'WFDSA' links (which I think are emblematic of the entire reality-inverting phenomenon of blame-the-victim 'MLM income opportunity' cultic racketeering).

www.wfdsa.org/world_codes/

www.wfdsa.org/about_dir_sell/?fa=schemes1

Remember in the video featuring the gormless FLbot from Halifax, she assured the world that FLP can't possibly be a pyramid scheme, because pyramid schemes are illegal in the UK, and because FLP is regulated by the DSA.

The 'UKDSA' has been legally registered as a privately-controlled limited-liability commercial company, but it has been largely financed with stolen money for decades.

Looks like EC had an awards ceremony last night.....

Eyespying · 23/01/2016 13:11

At the moment, Greece is a land full of vulnerable people and (former WPC) EC, will be be arriving (via the Internet) to save the poor Greeks in the very near future.

Rudechoob · 23/01/2016 13:25

EC fb wall though......

Hats off to Rachel Mackie

MrGrumpy01 · 23/01/2016 13:47

I can't believe how angry that post has made me.

Eyespying · 23/01/2016 14:04

Louise Perry (formerly Louise Evans) is another FL shill who appears to be in a highly-vulnerable state psychologically.

When she's not blubbing, Louise has been boasting that she has a 'downline' of 4500 recruits, and that her 'business turns over £5 millions annually.'

Patzy85 · 23/01/2016 14:06

Whenever there is a debate, there always seems to be an older, plumper lady piping up about how great FL is. But they look terrible. I thought this stuff is meant to be good for you?

Gimlet1984 · 23/01/2016 14:12

Good find Eyespying. She made another two videos in exactly the same format but changed the country from Greece to Australia and Canada but deleted them fairly quickly. She's really changed her approach as well from this earlier vid. No mention of being assaulted or using the two female police officers deaths as a trigger to join forever she simply wanted to top up her maternity pay and spend time with her son. I guess that's not quite as edgy and exciting though hence the waterworks now whenever she's on stage, you can clearly see she's been coached on how to recruit now compared to before.

Eyespying · 23/01/2016 14:30

Gimlet1984 It's just like watching any other actress learn her trade. Each EC script has been perfectly tailored for the target audience and she is being coached.

Most Britons still recall the tragic events in Manchester, but her British act would not press the same emotional buttons for Greeks, Australians, Canadians, etc.

Eyespying · 23/01/2016 14:35

Gimlet1984 I'm also wondering if EC's modified script is the result of her (and husband) have been contacted by the Professional Standards Dept. of the Greater Manchester Police.

Former officers can still be held to account for bringing the Police Service into disrepute.

Claregeorgina1 · 23/01/2016 14:39

Mine is feeling 'motivated' at forever living products main office Milton Keynes 😁🔫 With a stop off for customary training fuel 1st ☕️ !! 🙄💤

rayofhope · 23/01/2016 14:42

I've heard what she's saying a lot from other FL people, they all like to use the 'I say this not to impress you but to impress upon you the opportunity you're looking at"

The thing is with the level the top ones are at, they aren't working part time hours, EC even admits she works long hours every day. How is that spending loads of time with your family? That was one of the things I realised, if I wanted it to work, I was going to have to be away from my family a lot and I'm just not willing to do that.
