Has anyone ever watched the film Idiocracy, in which people of the future are so dumbed down by marketing strategies that they don't know why something is good ("but it contains electrolytes"). That film might be lighthearted, but it is exactly what is happening here.

I don't have an actual bot friend, but a juiceplusser keeps tagging one of my friends (along with every single other one of her fb friends - the actual number decreases each time). So far the only responses have been 1 like to each post and a list of 'stop tagging me', 'can I delete this?', 'you do know it's lose, not loose weight, don't you?'. Bless her, she's still trying even though her friends seem resistant...

I blocked my bot a while ago but mutual friends means her page keeps cropping up. However, today FLbot decided to message all over a pregnant (and struggling for work) friends page offering hope if they meet up. I am so mad!

I've just filled my facebook feed with anti-forever posts.

The mutual friend cannot afford to do this and i'm making it my mission she does not get duped!

One of the hardest decisions you'll ever make in life is choosing whether to walk away or try harder.

My new flbot is doing an event this weekend on fb. She is talking about all the fl products and selling them slightly cheaper. She wants people to join the event, but you can watch it without joining. She is offering a prize to the person who gives the most names to join the event, obviously so she can contact them to recruit them. Oh and she "sacked the boss" last month.

I really want to see one of their webiners but I fear I will just be thinking about the 30mins of my life I won't get back.

I have been on holiday with no internet at the cottage and elsewhere where was dodgy so very little FL updates for a week.

Just had a nose, it is about the weight loss, what do they actually mean you when they say they have lost x inches, where from? What do they measure? You daren't ask as it will be taken as permission to bombard.

Littlemiss, I think its from the waist, top of arms , legs, brains, etc. Any diet you go on, you will always lose a lot on the 1st week, its mostly fluids, and it is a medical fact (from my Doctor) you cannot lose more than 3lbs of fat a week. Any more is fluids or muscle loss. A proper diet will give you a gradual and healthy weight loss and will cost hell of a lot cheaper than the C9, which they keep saying is a detox, I thought the body had its own detox anyway, the liver, kidneys, blood, skin etc. The C9 sounds so unhealthy, would much rather lose weight the natural way.

Just checked friend of a friend (somewhere in the upline/off shoot of my flbot) and there is a managers weekend coming up.

A whole weekend, a whole weekend away from the family, the family that supposedly this 'job' allows you to spend all your time with.

They are like pigs in mud though. I can't wait for the pre/post event updates.

LMS > any chance of an update as to the cost of the mgrs' w/e? It is possible that FL pick up the tab but I would expect the attendees to pay for the "privilege".

She has a picture of the letter but only the bit about overnight accommodation and a dinner do. I suspect it has been carefully taken to avoid any mention of cost. I would be surprised if there wasn't a cost involved.

Its amazing though how many flbots have very public fb pages. Quite worrying really. I had open access to friends of friends of friends accounts.

There is absolutely nothing I enjoy more than sharing this business opportunity. I have spoken to 2 completely different people tonight. 1 wants £200-£400 a month to help ease money worries whilst the other wants £2000+ per month so he can leave his 9-5 and work for himself. I have spoken in length to both they are so excited about Christmas this year........And I'm sat in my PJ'S chilling with a brew, so happy I can help

Annie65 that's just what I said to Dh. I got jaundice so I really know what detoxing the liver does. I felt the illest I have ever been. So itchy and yellow. Burnt orange coloured wee. Detox diets are ridiculous. It is like slim fast as it comes with chocolate flavoured shakes. Chocolate is processed by the body giving a caffeine like effect. So really healthy...
