Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

hi up date! just come off phone with them,nice lady put me on hold whilst looking at paperwork.Then said everything ok..I know its a pain but think its better to ring.Theyre forced to look at your case..x

Does anyone know what date there scanning at the moment? I was told there scanning up until the 19th June yesterday but the received my documents on the 15th and there still not scanned on :( I was told best thing to do was just to sit and wait to hear from them! I said I've been waiting since June, she said yes I know but we do have quite a back log!

Dollygem, they told me on Monday they were doing 15th June. I honestly don't think they know what they are doing. So just making it up as they go along.

No I don't think they have a clue, she was a nice enough girl but telling us just to sit and wait for them to contact us is just stupid! Been waiting God knows how many weeks now

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to sort out repayments?! I've not had a payment for 6 weeks nearly, it's starting to get hard:-( I spent a hour on hold to them tues to be cut off fuming!!

Things are going from bad to worse!! I was told on Tuesday concentrix had finalised my claim and sent a letter. Said I should be able to make changes to my file with hmrc by today. Just called hmrc still nothing!! I'm now back in to concentrix on hold for 30 mins. I'm demanding to speak to a manager this time as it's become more of a joke... Someone has messed up! They are £20 per week out on my child care cost. Has anyone tried claiming back phone call costs??

Lancs I'm in the process of claiming call charges to hrmc and all the charges for sending a shed load of documents recorded delivery. Like everything they take their time they don't care about the stress and hardship they cause. Don't give up, keep on at them.

So I finally got through to concentrix fully expecting them to say the usual that they couldn't help as my file had been closed but the guy I spoke to said he would put another note on my file to say it was closed but in the mean time updated my file with the correct childcare cost which leads me to believe that they had messed up and hadn't closed my file at all as I was told once they had closed it they couldn't amend anything only hmrc could!!! What are we suppose to believe. Suppose I'll be able to tell if everything is ok once my payment goes in next Tuesday

2 min on hold to get through to concentrix today a world record time I'm still in shock...on a downer my mandatory reconsideration has been scanned now to be told after all this time it could take up to 40 days to be looked at..they told me to ignore my 11 grand bill from hmrc until after there decision is made. Taking what they say with a pinch of salt think I'll ring hmrc tomorrow to double check what I should do....I'm tired of all this now.

Feel for you hon why have they stopped you're money ? I have not heard of Concentrix stopping money only Hmrc. Mines been ongoing since May 4 th have still not scanned my second set if documents . Have complained to Hmrc they have not even responded to my second complaint

concentrix closed my case on 2 July, so few days later I called hmrc to confirm renewal and was told they could see cased closed but to phone back after 13 July if I had not received my renewal through, phoned today to be told can take 10 weeks from case closure to receiving renewal after previously being told 10 weeks from original date of claim (04/05/15), any one else heard this, thanks x

Scousejo1967 they say they stopped it as my monthly child maintanance payments apparently mean I am living with the kids dad...I give up with them I really do just want this all over with now.

It was DEFO concentrix who stopped payment as hmrc was ready to pay me till concentrix stopped it as well as my housing benefit then stopping etc

That's ridiculous hon I get maintenance payments as I'm sure a lot of us do. They are out if their depth . Get as much help as. You can and keep fighting they have to prove you are living with him which is virtually impossible . Friend of mines just won a tribunal for the same thing and backdated all stopped payments . Hang in there lovely don't give up x

Yes missy moo it's because Concentrix are so backed up with scanning etc . That's it's taking so long. At least it's closed don't worry about you're renewal it will arrive it's just taking time hon

I've said this loads of times but they don't rush themselves,they're quick enough to give us deadlines then leave us hanging on. It's the not knowing that's awful but please hang in there. My money was stopped in march as they said my evidence wasn't enough. I got so tired of fighting them and nearly gave up but I'd done nothing wrong so kept fighting my corner and it all came good in the end. Get as much help as you can from your mp,citizens advice,anyone who will listen. This thread kept me going I had so much support on here and even though it's sorted for me ill keep coming back on here n help as much as I can.

I was asked to send payslips for the last year as my earnings were less than anticipated. That was because I did jury service. I had to send them by 4th June and I have heard nothing back so far.

Hi everyone... I have been following this thread for what seems a lifetime! I renewed my tax credits 1st May 2015 and received the dreaded concentrix letter 30th May it was for income checks. Sent everything they asked for recored delivery on 10th June signed for 11th.
Anyway today I received a letter from concentrix saying they have looked at all the claim and they don't need to change my award. What happens now is that my case closed? Rang and been on hold. Also do I need to do anything with tax credits I have renewed for this year so don't no if I need to contact them? Hope everyones soon to come to an end it's a horrible experience living every week not knowing what will happen xxxx

Yes thats the case closed letter, you dont need to so anything but if I were you I would give hmrc a ring now just to confirm your renewal is now finalised
