A letter from concentrix or HMRC part 6

Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

There's a letter waiting for me at the post office to be signed as I wasn't at home today to sign for it. Must be from concentrix. So scared what might be on that letter.

Miss84 could be your documents did you send them to concentrix registered post what ever method you use to end your documents is the same method they have to use to return them.

Mazza111 I went through same process as you a while back. They won t stop your payments if you sent them what they requested, I was told that on the phone. Concentrix was dreadful when I was dealing with them, it sounds like they have got worse in that noone can get thru on the phone. They ruined the first part of my year, as if we haven t got enough on our plates, but believe me, they are in the wrong and there will be light at the end of the tunnel xx

12fedup12 yes I did send the recorded delivery. It must be my documents. Do you also get a letter along with the documents?

Miss E84 any letters I had from concentrix I didn t have to sign for, except when I eventually got my docs back and I had to sign for that as I had sent them recorded delivery. They now send them back same method. I hope this can help to put yourmind at rest.

Just a letter saying docs are enclosed. I didn t receive a letter about case being closed as they told me on phone and they are so incompetent they never actually sent me a letter. Please please don t worry, I went through exactly how you are feeling, all because of their incompetence.

Miss there will be a standard letter with your documents don't panic.
I got some of my documents back Monday via 1st class which was the method I used to send them, not had back the documents that I sent next day delivery by 1pm yet! Wondering if I will ever get them back as they were the first of my documents to be scanned onto the system on the 1st of July and my case was closed with those documents. Not even Hong to bother trying to phone them to see if they can locate them as probably won't get through on the phone and lucky my employer printed off copies of all the payslips I send.

Please don't panic miss84 will defo be you documents back

Yes, my case was closed a few weeks ago and my payments didn t stop throughout. Please don t stress. Its awful hearing people going through the same experience as I know exactly how you feel.

Thank you ladies, you put my mind at rest. One more question did you guys send your renewal to HMRC or Concentrix? I did my my renewal to HMRC.

Did renewal via phone with hmrc, I did send paper copy to concentrix because it mentioned it somewhere in the letter but then turned out I didn't need to do that as they could see I had completed renewal with hmrc

12fedup12 me too I renewed by post to HMRC. Am sure they can see it on the system. I also received a text saying that they have recieved my renewal. So it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes misse84, I did mine online so that was to hmrc but concentrix dealt with it. I got the impression that renewals could be picked up on hmrc and concentrix systems. Concentrix will know you have renewed if you sent it to hmrc. I know the panic so I hope this reassures.

Yes I done my renewal with hmrc back at the beginning of may. Had 2 letters for provisional payments 1st was £40 more than 2nd one. Had no extra payments or anything. I just hate not knowing what's what. Esp as it's now the summer holidays, so I hope to God payments aren't cut or anything drastic. May try calling tomorrow, if I have the tolerance.
