A letter from concentrix or HMRC part 6

Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

Morning! I have called Concentrix today and they told m my docs were scanned on the 9th July, now they will go to decision team. Does that sound right to any of you? This is too stressful!!!

My docs arrived back today fedup hun so yours should be soon

When did u post them Deni yes the decision team is the people who look at ur docs a lot if girls rang and asked to speak to a supervisior who closed the case but guess depends on check

Hi scousejo. Mine was employment,I went from self employed to full time work. They even asked what car I owned! I will ring again next Saturday I think if I've heard nothing. Thank you for reply.x

When did u post them hon just trying to find out where they are up to with scanning

They got mine on 15th ,they scanned them yesterday.

They signed for mine 11th June. He said they were scanned on the 9th July. Even though now it's the 18th and they haven't been looked at yet

I have had my documents back over a week ago but nothing else no award notice or anything. How do move this forward? I can't plan things as I worried I might be being over paid again.

Have you tried calling hmrc to see if your renewal has been completed? Try calling hmrc and concentrix tomorrow for an update

Had my letter in 18th June, sent info off to be reviewed by 18th July had already had my MP call HMRC re this ridiculous letter so shall wait and see what they have to say.

Charlotte do what 12fedup says and give them a call tomorrow,they haven't a clue what they're doing half the time,you might be better off asking to speak to a supervisor and try to get the name of who you speak to.Good luck.

I am sending the stuff off this week so will pray it's sorted asap

Just received back the documents that I sent via 1st class post to concentrix on the 5th of June but not the items that I sent by special delivery and that was signed for on the 5th June and scanned onto the system on the 1st of July. Hopefully I will get that back anyway now!
Just to give new people joining an idea of timescale here is my timeframe.

Received letter on 4th of June date the 3rd of June for an employment check, I sent my first batch of documents the same day using special delivery and this was signed for on the 5th of June. And then sent a further 2 letters with additional info using first class post on the 5th of June.

My documents were scanned on the 1st of July I called the same day as documents scanned and had case closed while I was on the phone.

Received case closed letter on 8th of July.

Received my finalised tax credit award 14/15 and new award 15/16 on 17th of July.

Received some of my documents back today (20th of July).

Hope this is of some help to those of you still waiting.

I'm currently on hold to talk to them, sent info via recorded delivery on the 19th June, received the 22nd.
Still no further along on anything, they wanted proffered of hubby's earnings last tax year and he warned 5k less due to sickness. It's driving me mad as tax credits say they have done their bit to renew.

An hour and 10 minutes on hold and they hang up grrrrr

My no change letter arrived today from concentrix.

Rang concentrix, 1hr 10 mins later told they are still scanning 15th June. Ask why does it take so long? He replied they are receiving 30,000 documents a day. Also he mentioned that they believed only 20% would respond, whereas 80% have. Also did anyone read the news? They won't achieve the £1 billions savings they projections. Wonder why?
