Hey signed for mine on 21 st June so I'm a week
Away from
Even getting then scanned . Brilliant been ongoing since may 5 th so prob b end of holidays for me ... Absolute piss take

Dollygem · 16/07/2015 20:24

I know it's ridiculous! I rang HMRC before trying concentrix as had no luck getting through at all this week, but they couldn't say anything, the lady said she couldn't even see what they were checking! It took just under five minutes to get through to them so just goes to show just how many people have had checks from concentrix this year with how hard it is to get through to them and how easy it is to get through to HMRC. I did ask HMRC if concentrix get a time scale to do checks before they step in and she said no as I've done my renewal with them and had a provisional award so there just waiting to send final award whenever they get told they can. Doing my head in, got visions of all my payments being stopped and alsorts but they don't seem concerned at all

Scousejo1967 · 16/07/2015 20:36

Dolly I know how you feel hon they make me so angry tho like its nothing to do with them they bloody employee Concentrix . Keep going lovely there's plenty of us in the same boat x

Morgan97 · 16/07/2015 20:58

Scousejo you're right although I've never dealt with concentrix myself mine was done by hrmc. But they've employed concentrix to do their dirty work. Please please don't give up no matter how bad it seems I felt close to giving up a few times after my money was stopped but it came good in the end. Still not had anything in writing to say what my payment was for but I can finally start to build my life back. Good luck everyone, this thread has been my lifeline since march I would have gone completely mad without the support on here.

I will let you I is when it arrives so you have an idea of timescale, waiting to see if efergie has had hers yet as we have had the same dates all the way through x

12fedup12 · 16/07/2015 22:39

I don't blame you Morgan, and your right I think we all need to keep our documents in order. Like I said will update when award notice arrive to give you and others some idea of time scale x

efergie82 · 16/07/2015 22:46

Its not fed up hun but like you i was anxious so rung HMRC yesterday and they confirmed all i had been told and the date it was produced but was told that post is only picked up weekly so thats why there is such a delay and that it usually takes 10 working days and if its not here by Wed they would resend it, ive also been told by concentrix (which took 45 mins to get through, shirtest yet) my docs look to have been sent back and that i should get them by Sat/Mon. Hope you are all ok. Cant belive the kids finish tomorrow, one stress goes and another begins xxx

12fedup12 · 16/07/2015 22:57

Thank you for that info efergie that has put my mind at rest, I won't bother phoning on Monday then and fingers crossed we will have them by then.
Thanks also for info on documents being returned so with any luck by middle of next week we will have everything through the post.
The holidays have come around really quick here comes weeks of my sons arguing most of the time lol
Thanks again efergie for the update that is really helpful xxx

Wow sorry ladies I haven't been on I gave birth to my baby daughter on Tuesday and just got out of hospital we are both healthyand just glad to be home. I ccan't believe how many new people are on here so it's quite obvious that concentrix are still sending letter out which is a joke. My case was closed last Tuesday had a letter Saturday saying case closed and have phoned hmrc who have confirmed my pay schedule but still no docs back or award notice. Please ladies keep the faith just look at the strength Morgan showed she had her payments stopped but never gave up hope and justice has prevailed and she has her tax credits back. I know it's hard and stressful but if u girls have done nothing wrong then u will be fine and since I've been on this site I have noticed there not one dishonest person on here keep strong girls xxx

Evilpixie · 17/07/2015 06:12

I finally spoke to someone yesterday who confirmed that my documents had turned up and were on the system! Am so relieved. The agent read my letter from employer and closed case there and then Grin am going to call hmrc later today for confirmation as I kinda do t want to trust what they are saying x

Evilpixie · 17/07/2015 06:12

And massive congratulations Zola on the birth of your child Grin

12fedup12 · 17/07/2015 06:19

Congratulations Zola Flowers xx

Good Morning,

I thought I would share my experiences with you. I had my tax credit renewal through the post on 4th May, I renewed on line and had a text on 6th May saying it would be up 8 weeks until I get a award notice.

On 8th May I received a letter from Concentrix asking for bank statements, savings and the like, however the letter had my name and address but not my NI number on it, I called Concentrix immediately, they seemed confused and told me to fill it anyway, when I refused they agreed to send out another letter with the correct details. I started gathering the data, I waited a further 10 days and a new letter arrived asking for different information, this time only proof of child care amounts paid.

On 1st July I had a letter returning my documents and a we will be in touch note.

I had to call tax credits on 10th July as my daughter had been awarded DLA, the tax credit agent said you need to reply to Concentrix as everything is on hold against your account as you haven't replied to the letter from 4th May, since then I have tried calling on four occasions and not got through waiting 30 mins plus each time, I have no idea what my entitlement for this year will be.

This week I have written to Tax Credits and Concentrix complaining, the question is how to move forward, I suspect they have opened 2 cases against my account. I am single parent working full time with a child who is needing a lot of my time at the moment. I can't get the answers I need everyday I hope that the post will bring news what's happening.

Morgan97 · 17/07/2015 07:58

Awww congratulations Zola sooooo pleased for you. Thank you for all your nice words girls,I hadn't done anything wrong n that's why I persevered n If I win my appeal ill be shouting it from the rooftops. I know the waiting is hard and the not knowing is awful but please don't give up no matter how hard it is x

traceyh5 · 17/07/2015 10:26

After yet another hour on hold to concentrix they are scanning 13th- 20th July now apparently? There 2 weeks behind...mine is now in line for mandatory reconsideration but still have to ring back next week to check it's been looked at. Absolute joke. On top of that received a letter from hmrc yesterday kindly letting me know I have till 8th August to pay back over 11 grand from last year..wish them luck getting that off me when I haven't got a pot to pee in as concentrix stopped all my money coming in..just wish this would end now.????

Morgan97 · 17/07/2015 10:54

Omg Tracey, obviously i dont know your circumstances but you have to set an appeal in place, get hold of your mp and also go o your nearest cab. I sent off a mandatory reconsideration form ( which was rejected) and also put in a new claim, then I appealed it took from the 26th march till last week to sort n I've been to hell and back but I got there in the and n you will too,we are all here to support each other the best way we can.

Scousejo1967 · 17/07/2015 10:56

Tracy is that June you mean ? Still makes them more than 2 weeks behind. They shouldn't chase you for Money until the appeal process is completed. Why have they stopped you're money ? Don't let them bully you hon . Go on tax credit casualties and print the letter off and send it to them the one about chasing you for money while you're appealing x

ScottishQuine1 · 17/07/2015 11:11

Congratulations Zola. Well I got my final award letter today. After getting an odd payment of £600+. They have said I have been paid too much (well not if you didnt send me an odd payment. They have reduced my monthly payments by £50 and changed my payment date. Was due on the 3rd of August and it is now the 10th.
