I received my letter from concentrix today confirming no change to my award, but nothing about my documents being returned or what happens next!

Hope you are all bearing up! It's been a long slog and I know some of you aare still battling against the bureaucracy if the system!

zolabud81 · 13/07/2015 11:41

Received my no change letter on Saturday and got my Tuesday payment today 12fedup12

jonny82 · 13/07/2015 11:59

Well mine hasn't gone to plan I called up this morning hoping to get my new payments but got told instead the income on the renewal isn't quite right so the renewal has gone to head office !!!

I'm like wtf the income is exactly what's on the p60 so it is right. She then mentioned maternity not been deducted from that figure I said what do you mean she said you can and should have deducted 100 pound perweek off that amount .

I said the man at concentrix never mentioned that even though all the payslips and p60 show maternity on it. So I them said wait so that means you will owe me money then as our income would be less by a grand ?..

So anyway she took the income off and processed it but then realised they had me down as working too so I said nope that's wrong, she said she would amend it.

Now it's going to be put through again and I'm totally pissed off !

This took over my life on 26th march since then I've cried buckets, lost my temper, lost weight n nearly lost my self respect. These people are playing with our lives it's disgusting. Now it's nearly over for me ( roll on Wednesday when they said I've a payment going in) now I can concentrate on living my life again. I can also concentrate on getting some sort of support group together ( my heart wasn't in it before) so watch this space if anyone knows anything bout getting some sort of group together please pm me some advice,I'm going to google it n see what I can find x
