A letter from concentrix or HMRC part 6

Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

I just received a letter today saying they have amended my tax credits as they did not receive a reply to the letter they sent what the heck I sent all paperwork signed for...

Sorry to hear that. I am also having childcare check.got the letter 9 weeks ago, documents back 7 and still not had a decision. Useless.

I've not received any of my documents back ...just this letter back

Fed up ring them with ur tracking signed for Nu they will restart you're payments

Stress it's been 15 weeks for me god knows how I've managed to survive. Fedup do what scousejo says n ring them with your tracking number and the name of ho signed for your letter. These people are an absolute joke they play with people's lives ain't they just the pits. Maybe all the Tory dickheads should live a day in my shoes. Maybe I should set them a challenge!!

They stop your payments only if they don't receive the documents they can't amend them surely

Been on hold 49 minutes

Currently on hold to concentric. Had weird unexpected payment from tc today. Rang and was told it us due to renewal and my award had been finalised,got amounts for the year weekly payments. I told him concentric have not dealt with my case as far as I know (I last called on the 8th) . All this had been done on the 9th. Waiting now to see what concentric say.

Oh my god I got through after 57 minutes guy confirmed security said I haven't sent my documents then said we have received documents and said will make s decision after going through them but then the call got disconnected

dont forget about the payment change date this week, my money due tues is in today as due to be paid tues but will be in monday so my bank puts it in today so watch you dont think its an extra payment.

Hi efergie have you had your award or documents back yet? Not had mine yet but think it takes about 2 weeks for award letter to arrive

How is your sister getting on with her check?

Not due to paid till Friday though and the guy at hmrc said it is all finalised. Payments down by 8 pounds a week.

You must be confused now then utdfan. When did you first do your renewal?

Not yet Fed hun, be glad when its all done and dusted, should be this week hopefully, not sure about sis yet, will give her a ring later and see. It seems so long since all this started.

They certainly don't rush to get letters sent do they efergie!

Once concentrix have made a decision how long does it take for the information to be updated with hmrc
