Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

Just got through on hold 1hour n 10 to be told not on system really upset shaking,asked when he said could be another week but he doesnt know!! , told himi Was worried about payments stopping he said its ok okcos ive proof ive sent in, just want it to bef inished

The 11 th and 1 2 th june thought they would be on today anxiety taking over again x

Well, received my docs back today, with a letter saying they will be writing with decision in due course. Will wait to see if payments go in on tues. Good luck to everyone trying to get news today. Hope you have some good news soon Morgan97 and tracey5, feel for you both x

Right sorry for long delay.

Spoke to a chap who confirmed my docs were on the system I asked him to do it there and then due to the delay and he did and was happy with all the documents so case closed !1

At last.

Mumdad5 mine were 10th June and were only signed on literally 5 mins before I called

Has anyone who was told that their case is closed in the last week, had a letter confirming yet? Any idea on how long to expect renewal after case closure with concentrix? X

I had case closed over the phone on Thursday 2 July, got letter confirming this yestetday, hmrc told me to wait till 13 July for renewal and if not received to phone them on the 14 July

Thanks missymoo18, so about a week for the letter and about 2 weeks for the renewal roughly! *fingers crossed for everyone!

well done jonny82 with your good new and thanx for posting that they were only still scanning 10th june this morning , feel at little less anxious knowing that , think ill try n put off ringing til the mid of next week so hopefully they will be on by then

Hmrc said they have 10 weeks from when renewal first goes in to send award letter, fits with my timeline, I renewed online 5 may, concentrix letter few days later, documents signed for on 1 June, case closed 2 July so should receive award letter next few days

Mine was employment check.

My case was closed on the Monday by Concentrix and my renewal was processed two days later on the Wednesday.

My award took two weeks but i rang HMRC who could tell me my schedule.

Can anyone tell me how long it took from receiving documents back to getting award letter? I haven't been able to speak to anyone at concentrix after being cut off after an hour of hanging on last week, don't want to waste any more money on them!

Also did anyone get the letter saying their money was being stopped and for what reason?, sorry for being a pain, just anxious like everyone on here!
