A letter from concentrix or HMRC part 6

Have you had a letter from concentrix or HRMC about another adult living at your address,letters querying child care etc,please post your experiences on this thread so we can support and help each other.

You're mioney they refer you back to hmrc for further investigation. They are just slow that's why you have heard nothing a lady was sane time as me 5 th may has bed getting payments and heard nothing back . I'm sure ul b fine hon xx

mine went on system 16th june hmrc updated 24th june recieved lettr case closed 4th july documents back tues 7th and award notice dated 26th june recieved today hmrc will give you payment details if ask as i rang to enquire yesterday

I'm so really worried bout this they had my partner down as a tiny income so I've amended it and I'm scared to death that concentrix will get involved again they closed the case on Monday and my renewal has been finalised so I know what my payments are going to be but that's with this tiny income my partner was ment to be earning but he don't work so I'm worried that concentrix will get involved again because it's a change does anyone think they will

No, I dont think they will but I think we will all be prepared for the letters again next year.

Smokie, when I originally rang HMRC they said I had to go through concentrix, what are HMRC like when you ring, are they arsey? I don't think Morgan had any joy from them. I work from 7am until 4pm. When I get in I'm on the mammy go round of tea, dishes, homework, washing, ironing, tidying, bathing, then setting up my boy's feeding system for the night. I really don't get a lot of time. I don't want to cry on the phone again. What would make HMRC take so long? Does your decision letter come from HMRC or concentrix? I think mine is complex because I did say my ex has to stay some nights to help with my child. His alarms go off about 5 times a night and I get up 5.30am to go to work. No one could stay awake 24/7 every week for months. Some times I'm so tired I doze off at work or I wake up in my son's bed if I've laid down to get him back to sleep. No one said life would be easy but I never expected all this! We love our children, we had them, they didn't have us and I get all that but I have such a bad feeling. Then I think, ringing them won't change the situation so what's the point? x

i got the closed case lettr from concentrix hmrc have sent my award .. there have always been helpful(hmrc) when rang never on hold long either i git through last night within few mins went through security and there answerd

I'm still waiting for the award letter. I spoke with Concentrix last week who said that they had closed their case on the 4th June and put a note on the system which would inform HMRC. I then spoke with HMRC who didn't even know that the case had closed. I spoke with them again and they said that they will send a provisional award letter out to me which should take 2 weeks. Really tired of all this and feeling very stressed. I have spoken to a number of people and each person has been telling me differrent things.

you could ring just ask if there have sent your award out to detail payments yet, dnt mentiin concentrix see if there give you payment details and take it frim there

when i rang yesterday regarding my award letter there said could take upto 8wks after closed but recieved it today and was dated 26th june

Hi mazzat. Yup went citizens advice they were helpful wrote 2 pages of notes to put in my mandatory consideration letter. Which Is what I'm now waiting for concentrix to acknowledge. It was the fact that I still haven't received a letter from concentrix regarding why they stopped it in 1st place. I've had to ring them up to find out why..they stopped my money within 2 weeks and in turn told everyone my circumstances had changed hence hb got stopped....I asked to speak to a complaints dept at concentrix who told me to ring hmrc for complaints...when I done this hmrc was angry concentrix had passed it onto them when they have a dept for complaints??? I'm just hitting a brick wall...just waiting for concentrix to catch up on there back log to see what shit they can throw at me next...

I have heard nothing from the as yet. My situation is real mess. I wrote to HMRC in August last year to advise of a change of circumstances, long story short, I sent the letter to the wrong address and never bothered to chase it up. I honestly never look at my bank statements, but lately I have and HMRC have been paying me since last August. I admitted my mistake to the, and have told them I will pay back what I have been over paid. My question is do I phone concentrix? I sent everything to them on 12 June. This situation is certainly not helping my mental state at the moment and I am self harming again. I fit wasn't for the Crisis Home Treatment Response Team I'd be an in patient in our local mental hospital.

Hey stresshead99,sorry for the late reply,HMRC stopped my money two weeks after receiving my documents and kindly wrote to me two weeks after to tell me. That was in march,so I've had no tax credits or child tax credits since then so I don't think you have anything to worry about if you're still getting your payments.I know its hard luv but try not to worry too much.Tracy I've also had my money stopped,like you feel like the worst mum in the world keep saying no to dd. child maintenance payments aren't accountable as they are supposed to disregard this. Have you been in touch with your mp preferably not a Tory. The citizans advice can help with food parcels too. Pm me if you need to scream at someone I know exactly what your going through cos I'm living the nightmare too.

Hi guys good luck anyone phoning today. I've been so worried the last 2 days about the change I had to amend as they had my partner working but he does not work I was so worried about concentrix getting involved and checking me again after only just closing my case. I just phoned hmrc and my new awed notice has been finalised my payments are bk to what they was last year so relieved. Morgan have u any good news for me about your claim. Johny82 have u had tour case closed yet Misse84 has yours been closed yet.

Misse84 as soon as they stopped child tax credit they told housing benefit straight away that I had change in circumstance and they stopped it and council tax. So I had to change my circumstance to not receiving child tax credit and then change it again if/when they reinstate it...I've got the housing association on my back now as rents not being paid :-(

Ahhhhh Morgan u r so strong I know for across I wouldn't be able to cope the way u have ur a inspiration hun. Chin up can't go on much longer this concentrix bollocks. There's people round here I live that had letters from them and they ain't replied to them and there still getting paid. Good luck johny82 x
