Jus thought I'd set a thread up before part 4 reaches its limit. Please post info of your dealings with concentrix in here

They wanted a years work of payslips, bank statements and op roof of hours worked. Letter was similar to yours. Get paid cash, which is probably why they wanted bank statements to check what's going in.

Mel I have phoned hmrc twice since getting letter to query where my final award is, I have never mentioned concentrix to them and they haven't told me that it is with them, first time got told its still processing and have to allow 10 weeks which is 10th of July, second time I called them was Friday evening she said normally takes 8 weeks but need to allow 10 and if I ain't got it by 10th of July phone back and it will be reissued

Mel they never asked me for bank statements. Only the years payslips, contract and a letter from employer confirming hours as that is not on my payslips and don't have time sheets. I also sent p60 and the paper copy of my renewal

No probs. Im still paranoid cos they have all my bank statements. Wondering if its not an ulterior motive to see peoples spending habits. Out of common decency they should put a message in their already ridiculous amount if recorded messages that payments will continue for people whose documents haven,t been scanned by deadline that they have set......also that renewal will still be valid and accepted, and payments continued if still not scanned and case closed by 31st July.

What does reissued mean though? They send you another form? So if they don't send it to you for renewal before 31st July, might stop our payments for non renewal?

Mine was "other adult check" deadline been and gone and when I phone (4 times) I've been told forget deadline there
Is none and payments will continue. Nothing on system. I just wanted to confirm they had them as I'm more worried about them going missing. It could be daughter turning 18 but apparently they need bank statements

They also need to change that annoying recorded message that says your approximate wait time is 20 minutes, try 3 times that at over an hour! Ridiculous.

That would be helpful wouldn't it but that would take a bit too much common courtesy, I think they should have a texting facility to send weekly updates of back log and also when documents have gone on

Emilou I thought that as well to see spendings habits "to see if they are justified in their planned tax credit cuts" I don't see how the statements prove anything

When they connected you to concentrix were you put in the queue or did you get out through straight to a person?

Well they'll just see lots of bills and being in my overdraft. The cuts are another stress on my mind. Can't wait for 8th July for the summer budget, to see if we are going To end up homeless or not!!

And time wasting. It's really seems like they just want to see what we spend money on.

I wonder how they deal with the mail though! There was no mailing envelope with my letter, so there is no way of them knowing which mail is going to be cases for any particular deadline date or do they just deal with them by day of receiving them?

its so unfair we go out to work and we are still treated like we are doing something wrong but they don't want us out of work and on benefits either we cant win

Did you have to wait long to get through to HMRC? Might be a way of queue jumping the concentrix 20(60) minute wait time lol.

I thought it was odd no return envelope. Suppose thats how they keep costs down and make more money. I have been told its in a que and goes on in order of when they receive it but who knows if thats true!

I know have to wonder, I am assuming it goes in pillars with dates on but who knows what they are upto in the mail room don't seem like they do much work

They must have big plans for tax credits cuts if they are going to this much trouble.

Tax credit cuts will happen one way or another makes me sick they tell us we are better off working then treat us like complete idiots and turn our lives upside down makes you wonder did anyone think of the consequences of their actions. I'm sad that there are new names on this thread when will it end?
