Jus thought I'd set a thread up before part 4 reaches its limit. Please post info of your dealings with concentrix in here

I think they will carry on with provisional payments and we won't get renewals until checks have been completed no matter how long it takes them. All part of the government hoping to save money. As for needing our notices for whatever reason we will just be told "nothing they can or will do" we just have to phone back later or wait too we hear in the post. Absolute joke. I actually think for me I'd be better waiting mid July to ring as
It seems to take well over a week to scan a days worth of post.

Oh Chrissy4321 this is not doin me or my baby any good me n u was signed on the same day 1 minute of each other and signed by the same person I hope to god your right that our payments will stay the same my only worry is if they have lost my p60 that's the only proof I have of earnings

And if they have lost that I'm screwed as I get paid cash this is the worst time of my life when it should be one of the happiest

That is what I don't get how can it take over a week to open and scan one day's mail, why have they not got staff in 24/7 until they have cleared this backlog!

If it is all the fault of the people in the mail room why has no one from hmrc or concentrix head office been down there to find out what exactly they are playing at!

Exactly 12fedup. They are clearly not coping at all. Yes my docs were scanned one week prior to my deadline (12 June). I just missed the ridiculous scanning delays. My case was closed on 13th on the phone when I called...it was all very hurried and it took a very quick check of my scanned docs....this angered me due to the quantity they requested!! It was clear then that the docs were not needed as I did ask how he had managed to look thru my docs so quickly, he said he checked my marriage cert and decree absolute (mine was single claimant check...turned out the other name held was my maiden name!!!!!!!). I was told my docs had been returned one week prior to this, they haven,t, still haven,t been sent when I phoned on sat. Good news I did have my renewal through today.....but.....I am still really angered and affected by this. I was on total high anxiety for a good month, stopped spending, was shitty with my kids and couldn,t stop talking about it with my live out boyfriend. It takes over your life. I have written two letters if complaint so far.

I think the staff have got no idea what these docs are and what they mean. They certainly don,t understand the significance of them. I screamed at one cos he just kept saying ..don,t worry....! This company is an.international big profit making company. It is a disgrace that they are not employing enough staff for this whole process. The taxpayer will handover to them a massive sum of money at the end of all this, for a disgustingly shoddy service, peoples tax credits wrongly stopped and a totally pointless exercise.

Zola I sent mine recorded a fortnight ago and they have not been signed for so lost either by Royal Mail or concentrix.i had to pay to reprint and send special delivery . By the way ladies last Monday I was told they were up to the 4 th June ... Liars

Ask for loads of paperwork.much better idea. Unlucky for all of us in June as we hit the backlog and it won't clear anytime soon going by the lies they tell us on the phone

Zola you can get a replacement p60. 12fedup I asked myself the same question someone must have known the chaos this would cause. There's loads of unemployed people out there why not train some up and give them a job or is that too easy.

Chrissy I am the same I am on here all the time checking what people being told and if any one with the same date as me has had positive news yet. It is taking over my life and I know I have done nothing wrong and when they finally ever get my documents uploaded and looked at I am sure it will all be very quick after that!
Just this waiting that is killing me and making me feel so ill, only good thing is I have lost 10lbs in weight since this started as been so stressed out from it all!

Did anyone look at the pics I uploaded of the letters I sent do you think those with my p60, payslips and original contract of employment is enough, I think they are but interested in what others think?
I am so paranoid.

It's pointless me phoning as the 8th will be weeks away before they are on at this rate. Hoping someone gets good news this week. :( no point ringing to be lied to. I'm even checking this forum in work. It's taken over my life. I just want the stuff scanned. id be quicker going to that office and scanning the flipping paperwork myself !!

I hope so, as the Boss' letter we sent off wasn't headed paper(it's an auto garage, they rarely have need for headed paper), was just stamped with the garage stamper thing. It could really have been written by anyone anyway, so why don't they just ring him and ask him. I mean if someone was lying do they really thimg they are going to catch liars out by asking them for the information. Why not just go direct to the persons Boss. It's truly pathetic.

Yes Chrissy. At one point I offered to just send proof of my maiden name/married name, they said no I still had to send all of it. After sending my docs two other advisors said that if it was down to them they wld have closed the case without me sending docs!! Even they can,t agree. It still had to go to some bollicks decision panel! 12fedup12, your docs look fine, your case is just as unnecessary as all of ours.Everybody make sure you request a refund from HMRC. At the end of the day these private oursourcing companies are making HMRC employees redundant. I,m hoping they hate them too, eventhough they have to be seen to comply with them.

Would make more sense to phone our employers wouldn't have to send anything then, was your letter similar to mine just confirming how many hours you work?

Sent 2nd June, signed for on the 4th. Still nothing on Friday gone(26th). They just said 3 weeks behind with no updates on that information, so should be soon, they said!(Yeah right). My renewal came prior to concentrix letter and was acknowledge by text from HMRC on the 19th May with uo to 8 weeks on renewal which is up in 2 weeks time and I haven't received a provisional renewal or anything further correspondence wise! So I will ring HMRC tomorrow to find out about what happens with the renewal and how long they think concentrix are going to take to resolve.

Chrissy 10th June????? When did they sign for your documents? Oh my word, this is going to be a long wait. What was your check regarding? Employmemt hours/wages or single claim check? Have you have Any update whatsoever?
