It's stupid the mail room is in Sussex and concentrix is in Belfast!

It is ridiculous can't even get through on the phones now!

That's what they have done... made us feel guilty over nothing! And causes issues in the families as some of you hsve small children and it's now affecting them . Mine are older, but have fallen out with bf as he thinks I'm fretting and letting it take over! ! Haven't seen him for three days as he pissed me off!! ... And the line is still engaged! !!

I have a 12 year old and 10 year please the younger has autism and adhd and he is picking up on the tension I have and is now starting to play up!
That is exactly what they are doing making innocent honest people feel guilty for nothing.
I just want this over with!!!

Yep! Been trying an hour now. And if it takes an hour to get though they will be closed! !! Very odd to b e engaged so long

Does make you wonder if they are doing something on their end as they can't cope with the number of calls coming in!

I understand what having a child with difficulties is like my eighteen year old is similar. I'm trying to get support for him again now he had finished college. Sometimes it is all too much to deal with! ! My mum died suddenly last summer too and now this shit! !! I'm still trying to ring.

Aww sorry to hear that cazzy!
I can't get the school to provide any support to my son they won't acknowledge his problems so I have had all the stress of trying to get that sorted and now I think this is pushing me over the edge. Trying to not let it affect me but its so hard!

Does anyone know Wat date they are actually up my first call today they said mydocuments wwere scanned on 2 nd calltoday they said they was not scanned on tthere only up to the 5th surely that can't still be on the 5th

Zola when I asked was told they don't get told that it's down to the mailing room, my first set of documents was signed for on the 5th and efergies was also signed for on the 5th and both been told still not on the systems try again in a couple of days, debating if I should call tomorrow or wait till Wednesday, will see what they say to cazzy as hers were also signed for on the 5th

Have to be in work at eight fifteen so if I don't get through tonight I'll hsve to try again tomorrow eve.

Zola they were telling people for 3/4 days last week that they were on the 4th I still find it hard to believe that it takes a week to scan one days mail on!
