God it must be some bloody big warehouse or something!

Mel25murf · 29/06/2015 22:11

If I get paid this week, I feel like spending it all on lottery tickets lol. I need to get out of this life controlling cycle. IT's a hard, shitty life as it is without all this rigamorale!

Chrissy4321 · 29/06/2015 22:12

Talk
Of 2003/2004 rates.
Pity the cost of stuff was going to 03/04 rates. Of
Course while they get 10% pay rise. They dnt realise a lot of us work for small firms who can't afford to pay us much more than what they do now. Cameron wants less
Tax credits and more wages. What will he do when lots
Of these small firms close down because they can't afford the higher wage. There are less than 4 employees In my place. Just staying afloat. They couldn't afford
To pay more. So we will end up out of work. He doesn't live in the real world....

Mel25murf · 29/06/2015 22:20

Business groups have already rejected higher wages, they can't afford to pay them and if they are forced to then prices will go up affecting the way people spend and it will just be 1 big disaster for the economy. They have some big balls doing this, people won't forget this when they lose their homes, can't afford the small luxuries they used to etc....

No higher wages but cuts for tax credits, poor working families are going to pay! Austerity in the name of prosperity. When you are poor, you will never prosper- basically the rich will be richer and the poor will be poorer!

emilou123 · 29/06/2015 22:21

I work in a state funded school and am due a paycut in sept cos of cuts from central government.....mmmm....kind of contradiction of what he is preaching, the knob. Is he gonna make up the shortfall to all the public sector workers that he pays, the nurses, teachers, teaching assistants, low paid council workers, carers etc etc. No!!! And it will just cause redundancies all over the place, public/ private sector.

Morgan97 · 29/06/2015 22:23

Hi Mel25murf I've said all along about your last comment. Absolutely disgusting treatment we are all getting.

emilou123 · 29/06/2015 22:24

Am hoping this will be as unpopular as the poll tax and people will stand up against it.

Chrissy4321 · 29/06/2015 22:25

It's going to be hard. Those 3
Miserable jumped up posh pricks saying they are working for us for
A better future. Load
Of bollocks. Gunna be a tough 5
Years. While they go of on their numerous holidays. I hate politicians.
The majority of them are in it for the money and couldn't care about us. Country run by lying arseholes. They lie to get in and then know your screwed
For 5 years.

cazzymog · 29/06/2015 22:29

Agree chrispy. Small firms can not afford increase in wages. And if forced to many will go under. And what about us term time only paid people? I know there a few of us on here. Not our fault schools close and we don't get paid when they do. How are we meant to make the money up if we lose tax credits? I've said before the government give us tax credits to make our income up to an amount they say we need to live on. I'm guessing they are suddenly deciding we don't need as much to live on as they first thought! !!

zolabud81 · 29/06/2015 22:31

I just don't trust a single word any of them say the way they got my hopes up today sing they was scanned on and then to drop me like a lead balloon saying that wasn't 3 hours later is a disgrave

Looks like that Cazzy. If we increase
Our hours they will
Pay more out in childcare costs so where is the Savings. I really can't understand their logic? Maybe they will tell us if and when we can out and how much we can spend per child per day on food. While they live their millionaire lifestyle. I dnt go out I dnt smoke or drink and just get by. I dnt know where he wants me to cut back.

Chrissy4321 · 29/06/2015 22:36

Zola I think you should
Try and put it to back of your mind. I can't see ours being on at all this week. We worry for nothing. All we can do is keep checking for positive news on here. X

Mel25murf · 29/06/2015 22:38

That's the point people have to stand up for it and Scotland showed real solidarity, the rest of the country didn't know what they were doing when they were voting! My friend, a working Mum voted Tory and said that people on benefits should go out to work and the usual propagandist crap. Did she not realise that her child 'benefit' and tax credits were benefits! Silly cow. Did she really think that the people who don't want to work are the ones going to pay, they hardly have anything to pay with so they don't give a shit. Now she is ranting and raving about how this wasn't what she voted for blah, blah. I saw it coming a mile away love.

People need to get out and vote instead of thinking it doesn't matter. It really matters now. I might join an anti austerity group,or something and go on one of the rallies. Something has got to give. This 'I'm alright Jack' attitude has got to change.

Not even the wealthy have aNything to gain from making the poor hungry and homeless.

Mel25murf · 29/06/2015 22:43

I think I am going to go to bed now or I'll go off on a rant and all your ears will be bleeding lol. Goodnight all. Try and relax if you can, I know it's difficult, but we can't change the outcome. X

12fedup12 · 29/06/2015 22:49

Night Mel, I am trying to relax but finding it hard, only thing is that at least I know I'm not the only one who's items signed for on the 5th hasn't gone on yet!
