Hi girls,well I've been at work all day log onto this and find part 5!! Has anyone had any news today? Cazzy did you get through. This isn't acceptable any more they never thought this through from the start hope you're all ok x

My banks statements are lost in the post !!!! How data protection is that !!!

Morgan mine and efergie still ain't on the system, been told to call again a couple of days, I was also told it is very common for it to take 4 weeks from mail getting received to going on system!

Well 54 mins and phone was answered. Got told three week back log...currently scanning the 4th June. I wanted her to confirm they had my documents she said they were in a different building so she couldn't but if they hsve been signed for they will be there and was there anything else she could help me with! !! And have a nice evening! !! You try having a nice evening women! !!!!

So fedup probably no point phoning tomorrow! !

Scousejo I still believe we should be able to email sensitive information to them, it's not our fault they don't have any offices to take documents into, also think should be given a caseworker from the start and if we have to sent documents that they should have to be posted directly to the caseworkers

It seems so pointless ringing. They have been scanning 3rd and 4th June for the second week now. And as For signed for.
It means nothing they don't care if they are lost or not. Suppose we will
Find out when they stop payments as they can't find paperwork in the mountain of stuff they have. There are bound to be some mislead or scanned wrong. More stress and worry

Oh this is so frustrating cazzy, joke being they have had ares over 3 weeks now and still not on!
They told Zola that they were upto the 5th and the lady I spoke to said she couldn't tell me what date they are upto as they don't get given that information she also told me it is very common for it to be 4 weeks before they go on.
I was also told if they have been signed for then they are there and mail doesn't leave the room until they scan it

Bloody hell part 5! This just gets worse! I've caught up with all the messages now & I too had my renewal beginning of May, renewed online after going through all the identity checks then bang 3 weeks later I got my letter from concentrix. They've now had my stuff for almost 5 weeks & ive had no correspondence. I am going to ring Friday. This is absolutely disgraceful.

This is not acceptable. Please (if you haven't already) get in touch with your mp. I've emailed watchdog but so far no reply. This can't go on its getting bloody stupid now.

there lie, there dnt give a flying shit about us... mine supposedly on system 16th and dics returned yet today get told was the 24th and my dicuments lost!!!! cowboys the lot of them...

well iv dine a formal complain at present with hmrc written next and if not sorted seeking legal advice dbt care what it costs there have confidential info regarding a child from out if care and there have "lost it".. not happy is a understatement!!!

This fiasco can't be allowed to go on much longer

When I rang I was told documents possible lost and when I said I had tracking number he said ah well should be fine then. Hardly reassuring. I'm not paying for replacement originals if they lose them. It could be weeks before I find out if mine are there waiting to be scanned or "lost" a signature means nothing to them. Hi all. I haven,t posted for a few days. I,m further along with all this and waiting for docs to be returned. Scousejo1967 were your docs lost in post when they were sending them back to you?

Not just loosing documents what about lying down the phone saying that documents have been scanned on to the system and I phoned later in afternoon and she could see on my case notes I was told they were scanned on but she said I'm ever so sorry but they have not been scanned on........ The first bloke I spoke to obviously was lying to just get me off the phone

They certainly do tell us all different info! Our mp around here is John Bercow he is opening our school fete on Saturday I could speak to him in person! !

Zola they tell lies to get us off the phone specially if we get upset,please please get the name of the person you're speaking to before you give any details that way if you need to complain you have names to back up the lies they tell or the misleading info they seem so keen on giving. Losing any documents is bad enough but their attitude is disgusting. I hope they don't sleep at night.

Cazzy grab him with both hands n don't leave him alone till you get an appointment to see someone at his office.

Defiantly take the opportunity to speak to him about all this tell him to come on these forums and see the distress that this company is causing all of us

I,ve been lied to on most calls, then was told my docs were sent back to me....I received a letter saying please find enclosed your returned docs and it was just my complaint letter. Then was told my docs not actually sent back...still waiting 3 weeks later. Starting to think will never see them again.

So are your documents on the system or not emilou?

I don't see how they can continue these checks now surely at some point they are going to have to admit they can't manage or hmrc will have to step in and close all our case with no change due to this spectacular cock up!

I'm so glad i didn't have to give bank statements for my check those of you that have must be checking your accounts constantly because of all this!
