I done same as you Zola and rang hmrc. They confirmed case closed and award finalised 4th so should be through any day. :) relief and now relax for work stopping for holidays. All that grief for someone to take 10 mins. :0 good luck everyone else waiting xx????

That's great Chrissy, did they give you your payment schedule?

Anyone know what date they're on? They've just stopped our working tax credits for not responding to a letter that they SUPPOSEDLY sent us. They're sending a "duplicate" of said phantom letter & I have to send payslips for both myself & partner in. Seems a little daunting when I see so many others in similar situations. I also find myself breathing a sigh of relief that we're not the only ones!!

I didn't ask 12fedup12. I don't think there was any change. Mine had went up by £6 a few weeks before this stupid letter. But she said it should be through in a few days. X

That's good, it's such a relive when hmrc finally tell you that your award has been finalised
Now it's just the wait for all the letters to turn up but not stressed about that as know it's all sorted x

I was bag of nerves ringing hmrc as I didn't know whether to believe them on sat. But got through straight away to hmrc tonight no queues and she confirmed all sorted so paperwork can arrive Whenever. I'm not letting it stress me one more day !! X

I felt like that chrissy, you don't 100% believe it until you call hmrc and they tell you that your award has been finalised!
Hmrc dont have any ques which is odd during the renewal period but that's obviously because it's all going through concentrix!
your so right we know its done now so don't need to stress

12fedup Just checking in to let you and the others now, thank goodness my case is closing with no changes. Concentrix had issued me the wrong query letter in the first place so decided to close the claim. It's a relief.

That's great mumite, but how on earth did they issue you with a query letter that they shouldn't have!

Mumite how did you get them to close the case? I also received the wrong letter but still had to provide the info even tho they promised to send the correct letter out, which never arrived!

i sent my documents off 28th may recieved 29th may was done by 24th june and finally got my documents back today

I'm a lone parent and was asked for details of my self employed hours at the end of May (letter dated 1st June). I replied within a week saying I didn't have the documents they wanted (time sheets/contracts etc) but sent a breakdown of a typical day for me plus examples of my work and profit/loss accounts.

Just had them returned today so about a month, waiting to see what the verdict is.

Glad to see the budget hasn't made a big difference though, as is suspected big cuts there too.

Sorry have not read all the way through, i still havent had a letter from concentrix, i got a tax rebate weeks ago and a letter saying i would receive something telling me the outcome but havent heard anything since.

Hi can somebody please help, has this happens to anyone else!? I was asked to prove my childcare with the threatening letter so I sent them a years of receipts well in time. I then got a plastic bag back stuffed with my receipts!! I assumed concentrix had sent them back But I then received a letter telling me I had not replied! I called them and the guy said they got my letter but never scanned my docs for some reason so gave me another 10 days to send again, this was a month ago they have halfed my payments! Spoke with them again today and was told they have put my payment back up but this is now down to hmrc to unvary!!!! And to top it all of my case is not closed!!!!!
