I know thank u Jonny82 I can't believe the 4 weeks of hell I've been through with out everyone support on this site I don't know how I would have coped with out u all xxxx

So Zola they were scanned on this afternoon I take it as they wasn't on this morn ?

Was it completed on the phone ?

Thank u so much 121fedup12 johny82 utdfan and Chrissy4321 u have been my rocks. And yes phoned this morning johny82 and it wasn't on so tried at 130 and it was on but the bloke wasn't going to so it there and then so I asked for his manager who I explained to Wat I'm goin through he said he would get a case worker ro do it there and then for me and he rang me back on my mobile and it took bout 40 mins for him to go through my eveidence and then he said that's it all done case closed hmrc will now process my renewal

Call hmrc tomorrow and check that renewal,is complete, efergie and I both called the day after our case were closed and both of our renewals were finalised.
Hmrc don't seem t have any ques at the moment so you should get straight through, it just helps put your mind at rest even more knowing that's done as it takes so long to get the letters through xxxxx

Thought I'd be cheeky and check with hmrc lol to see if my new notice had been awarded not of yet it ain't but they did confirm that concentrix case is now closed

I'm going to have a cheeky try now , I know mine was signed for on 10th so might be bit early but I'm going to see.

Just tried to get through to see where they are up to with mine,cut me off after an hour and 2 mins. All I am concerned with is the payments as it is past my deadline. Will have to ring hmrc again on Wednesday. Tired of this now ????
