Zolabud81, my were signed on the 8th too, it's stressing me now. Can't believe it's taking them so long to scan. Can't wait for this to be over!

When I rang two weeks ago they were up to 4 th so there taking a fortnight to scan 4 days worth. I should be sorted by Christmas then ... What an absolute joke.

Anything new to report girls? Shame on them for making cock ups n not taking the blame. How are doing Zola? Everyone should get their complaint letters sent off you never know it might make a difference.

Miss e84 I sent my docs of 5 th may signed for scanned on 6 th may heard nothing till June 14 th asking for more bank
Statements as I had screen printed them and they were not allowed !! So sent them off and phoned them on 19 th and was told they were only scanning the 4 th so mines nowhere near be on system

I'm not good this is seriously affecting my health now I'm gonna ring again morning

Scousejo1967, oh no, I have a feeling they will ask me to send the documents again, I don't know why! Being check on childcare just send them a letter how much I pay weekly to my childprovider. I just hope that's enough for them to make a desicion.

Yours is prob less complicated being child care what did they ask you for hon x

H's anyone here had there signed for on the 8th of june and as of today there still not on the system ???? I just wanna know if I'm the only ones who are still not on the system for that date

I've had the letter about living with somebody I live with my parents I rang up 2 June guy asked for letter confirming who I lived with of my parents I got that sent off now I've received the same letter again today. Tried ringing and can't get thro it's constantly engaged.

Pinky Roo keep trying hon this happened to someone else on here and they stopped her money for not complying with 2 nd letter .

Scousejo1967, well on the letter it said to send invoices/bank statements/receipts for 14-15. Whereas if these are not available send a statement from your childprovider stating how much you have paid/ paying weekly or monthly. So I just send them a letter stating how much I pay weekly from my childprovider it was signed and stamped by them plus confirmed my sons attendance too from when he started in April 2013 until present. I also had to show calculations of my average weekly pay they have me down as 27 but I pay 30. So I don't know. I did put 30 on those sheets I had to complete. Not sure if I done it right.

Has anybody asked how long they are taking to action once they have scanned the documents ? Mine where signed for on 28th May. I don't know what date scanned but I received them back last Monday. Mines a childcare check. I've never rang them as I don't want an hour wait ! X

Ladies I tried again this afternoon and finally my case is closed I can't believe the relief I feel tears of joy. Would just like to thank each and everyone of u for the support u have shown me I will stick around though to help the ladies that have not had there's don't yet. Finally I can relax and wait and embrace my baby girl in 3 weeks time thank u once again ladies xxxxxxx????
