I'm still on hold, I can't believe the man on Friday said everything was fine they just needed a few more letters with my name and address on, he said my payments will not stop.

Thanks cazzy and 12fedup. Becky any news yet? Zola will you ring them today or wait till tomorrow? Good luck this week girls and if you have time please sign my petition. Please try not to worry to much n I know that's rich considering what's going on this isn't acceptable.

Yes they have and I got them back but then sent another letter by mistake asking for all the same information again. I was told this was to be ignored, I then got another letter stating I did not respond to my last letter?? I have now been told my payments stopped because I called them last Friday and it takes 48 hours for the system to update but this morning it has and now my payments should go in next month and back-dated, great for this month NOT.

Becky it's good your payments have been sorted not good you have to wait,if you get the chance ring them again tell them it's not acceptable n you have bills n stuff to pay for. WTF are these people doing playing with people's lives. I've been without my tax credits since march I've lost just over two stone in weight I'm living below the accepted breadline and they still do this when will they learn!!

Hi guys I called this morning and the dude said mine have been scanned onto the system and are now in the Que. to be worked! Mine were signed for on 10th
