Just found this zola Employers are obliged to keep records of pay for three years and so they should be able to provide you with a copy of your P60 for the last three years. The P60 will be clearly marked as ‘duplicate’.

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) cannot provide a duplicate of your P60.

If you need a copy of your P60 from more than three years ago, it is unlikely that you will be able to get one. Your employer may be able to provide you with a ‘statement of earnings’ on company headed paper which should act as a replacement for a P60.

so he should be able to provide you with something.

jonny82 · 04/07/2015 18:13

Zola they might have scanned some of the mail recieved on the 8th with the rest yet to go on and yours is unlucky to be in the bit they not scanned on yet.

I think its unlikely to be lost but just in the batch still waiting to go on.

Mine was 10th June so am after you.

12fedup12 · 04/07/2015 18:16

Zola I agree with Jonny I don't think they have lost it I think they have just started working on that day's mail and haven't got to yours yet

Morgan97 · 04/07/2015 20:21

Zola listen they have a huge backlog which is down to them,I'm pretty sure your documents haven't been lost its probably a case of they just haven't got round to you yet. They don't rush themselves that's for sure. Are you still getting your money? Please try not to worry so much it isn't easy for me to say but worrying wont help. You will soon have your new little one, stay strong you know you can. I've found strength from god knows where and its horrible for me n my dd at the moment but you will cope I promise x x

Fedup123245 · 05/07/2015 00:35

My documents were signed on the 8th aswell, not sure if they have scanned them. Still haven't called them. Does anyone know if they have done the 8th of June.

missymoo18 · 05/07/2015 11:15

Goodness knows how they work, mine were signed for on the 1st June, I phoned on the 16th, guy said he couldn't tell me anything, said I had a tracking number on my receipt of posting, he had another look, guess what?........documents were there Hmm

babyalan13 · 05/07/2015 17:47

We update on mine to give you a time frame. Received concentrix letter on the 23/5. They received my stuff on the 2nd June. I received the no change letter on the 29th June. But still no documents or award notice

stresshead99 · 05/07/2015 19:00

Hi ladies. We are out of hospital but still dealing with over night tube feeding and many stresses. Still no word for me. I sent my stuff May 23rd, rang May 26th, told not on system. June 22nd got my documents back dated June 6th, still had my weekly payments up to now but due Tuesday and concerned I'm not going to get it. I know I should ring again but the hour long wait and the stress of crying on the phone is making refrain. Morgan, you got paid, then they just stopped your payments without telling you didn't they. Then what? And now it gets worse, not that I earn any where near 30,000 but how can this Government say 2 people earning 15,000 each and trying to raise a family in a council house are high earners. Or is it 30,000per person? Have I misunderstood? How can people pay all that rent? Council estates will become Ghettos of unemployed and underclass and immigrants if two people are not allowed to earn 15000 each! Mad world, the poor get poorer, while the rich get a million pound free inheritance tax! Oh, to be rich, please let me win the lotto and not have these worries. The NHS will be next, our country will be unrecognisable before long. Partly political broadcast by stresshead.

12fedup12 · 05/07/2015 19:42

Stresshead sending you big hugs, how is your little one doing!
Maybe your should phone tomorrow to try and put your mind at ease if you can't face talking to concentrix try calling hmrc and ask if your renewal has been finalised they haven't got any cues at the moment xxx

Morgan97 · 05/07/2015 19:48

Dear Friends,

I just created the petition "My tax credits have been stopped" and wanted to ask if you could add your name too.

This campaign means a lot to me and the more support we can get behind it, the better chance we have of succeeding. You can read more and sign the petition here:

you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/my-tax-credits-have-been-stopped

Thank you!

Morgan

P.S. Can you also take a moment to share the petition with others? It's really easy – all you need to do is forward this email or share this link on Facebook or Twitter:

you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/my-tax-credits-have-been-stopped

Stresshead yes they stopped my payments then nothing till two weeks later when they wrote n told me! I only earn just over £6000 a year. It's total madness but please girls try not to worry too much,if you ring please get the name of who you're speaking to for future reference as HMRC and concentrix do tell lies and change things to suit themselves.

stresshead99 · 05/07/2015 20:37

Thank you for you kind thoughts fed up. My son has complex medical needs which are difficult to deal with but he is worth it. I'm struggling holding myself together but I have another child to consider, and bless her, things are tough. My error was admitting my ex did stay to help, I literally can not stay up every single night, ( his alarms go off about 5 times a night) and work all day and cook, clean, shop and do every thing else a mammy has to do without a bit of sleep. Even when his dad is there, I get shouted up if the alarms won't stop or the boyo just wants his mammy but I do at least get a few interrupted hours if his dad's there. Morgan, 6000 a year is nothing, how can they stop your tax credits? you would be better off claiming jsa etc. You'd get way more than 6000. How many hours do you work for that? You got the other person letter too didn't you? OMG! Morgan, I think my situation is bad but your's is desperate! I even told concentrix and HMRC for the next few months my ex will be staying more often until my son gets a stomach tap fitted which requires less attention, (hopefully), than the nasalgastric tube but they wouldn't let me add him to my claim, I thought this would just end it all for a few months.

Morgan97 · 05/07/2015 20:51

Ha ha stress I'd be miles better off just not working tbh my actual pay for the year is £6,250 a year. I'm coping cos I have no choice. Awww bless you for coping too it must be hard for you luv. Fingers crossed this will all be over soon.

Scousejo1967 · 05/07/2015 21:56

Stresshead concentrix don't stop you're money unless they don't recieve you're docs they review and either say no change irreverent you back to hmrc for further investigation Morgan yours were stopped by hmrc? I've signed you're potion lovely hope it helps big hugs xx

Morgan97 · 05/07/2015 22:14
