A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

And girls remember hrmc and concentrix tell lies to cover themselves!

Hey hon it was hmrc I complained and then recieved compensation

I sent the complaint on 17 May. Their letter back was dated 8 June but I received it today 23rd. Seems like they are having problems getting mail out too.

Well done scousejo maybe they will finally realise the consequences if their actions is going to cost them!

They Have to cover costs, and also costs for ids ect, I wonder if this counts if documents are not returned within the 3 days they are supposed to get our stuff back to us in.

HMRC said they would pay costs. I wrote my complaint to HMRC and copied in concentrix. Don,t trust either of them tho.

Sorry for my constant referencing, but I'm looking at everything and what they're upto x

Think most of us are looking into everything consent it's driving me insane but I can't help myself. I'm going to make it my business to sort this one way or another and I won't ever stop trying to help everyone who has to go through this cos you can bet your life this will carry on

I feel the same, if hmrc have these guys on review there is hope it won't happen next year too as it says in the contract they're only doing these checks until August, then they do it again next year, they will move onto training for immigrants or something like that next, do not quote on this because I only had a flick through earlier.
But the stress this causes people can't go Un noticed, I wish I had a few more brain cells and knowledge of who to contact to make a difference x

An he didn't say that emilou, he called on the third so they still have a few days to cough up or I'll be back on to them about it!

Shame we're dealing direct with hmrc Morgan cuz that stuff consent has found is very interesting indeed!!!

consent I sent stuff in march to hmrc that I've never had back, so I must be due a huge chunk of compensation now right?!

How have concentrix lasted soo long when they're doing nothing but breaching constantly

I totally lost it with them earlier. My case was closed on 12th, docs were scanned n sent back to me week before. Received letter saying my docs enclosed, no they weren,t, my copy of complaint letter to HMRC was enclosed! Nothing else.Told them today they are commiting an offence by holding on to my docs after case closed and demand they send them tomorrow, she said she would accelerate it but know she won,t. Said I would be contacting police as they are in possession of my identity and are making it impossible for me to even speak to them let alone get them back. Know

I know Admiral I'm looking n looking for something different to what we've already read. Ill word things differently n see if that sheds any light on it. Consent my brain cell is overloaded n struggling to cope but if there's anything different to find I WILL find it

Good for you emilou,I don't think they've thought this through at all and to be hanging on to your documents what the hell is that all about!

They reckon they are in lancing and haven,t been sent. This dreadful backlog. Had no idea about this contract though

Silly question but has anyone received their hmrc award notice for 15/16 while their concentrix check is going on. Just curious cause I renewed on 1/5/15 and still nothing.

Morgan no your in bed. But did you get your child benefit?

I also renewed on 1/5/15 and received a provisional payments notice for 2015/2016

No babyalan, haven,t heard either. But asked Concentrix this evening and they said they process it once case closed. Mine being processed apparently!...not holding my breath. I did ask what would happen to all the people whose deadlines have been pushed back cos of their backlog when it comes to renewals...she said it would not affect renewals. Doesn,t make sense

Nah I no because when I spoke to hmrc last week he said they HAD to have renewal processed within 10 weeks.!!
